My check-in at Aston Inn Gideon Batam was incredibly smooth and quick. The room was spotless and well-maintained. 🤩 The staff were truly friendly and always ready to assist. Plus, the location is ideal, being just a short walk to Grand Batam Mall and A2 food court. 🚶♀️ Highly recommend! 👍

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Aston Inn Gideon Batam. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around Batam and visit nearby shopping malls, eateries and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything needed for a short getaway. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a decent variety of local and international choices, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxed. For its location, comfort and value for money, Aston Inn Gideon Batam is a good choice for a short Batam getaway, especially for travellers from Singapore looking for a convenient and fuss-free stay. Would be happy to stay here again.

The proximity to the shopping mall and food court offers unparalleled convenience for all guests. Each morning begins perfectly with a delightful and well-prepared breakfast. This central location ensures that everything you need is just a short distance away. You will truly appreciate the ease of access to such excellent local amenities.

Room is generally clean and air conditioned is powerful. Deco is abit old and ventilation in toilet doesn't seem to work well. Paid for the Superior room and didn't realise there is no fridge in room.Sound proofing is not good as you can hear pulling of chairs etc as the room floor is not carpeted. Overall still a good place to stay as the location is quite central and price is affordable. Dont expect too much . Just a touch and go kind of hotel since you wont be staying in room most of the time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Excellent Stay with a Perfect Location! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The location is one of its biggest advantages — BCS Mall, Grand Batam Mall, Alfamart, Indomaret, Fore Coffee, and plenty of local street food are all within walking distance. It’s incredibly convenient and makes exploring the surrounding area so easy. The room was exceptionally clean, neat, well-organised, and smelled fresh and pleasant. Everything was well taken care of, which made the room very comfortable to return to after a long day. The only minor improvement I would suggest is some maintenance for the flooring and the bathroom door. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of food to choose from, and the taste was genuinely good. There were plenty of options, so it was easy to find something enjoyable for breakfast. The service was also excellent. Both the front desk and housekeeping teams were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Their warm and professional service really made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of a fantastic location, cleanliness, good breakfast, and outstanding service. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Batam. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Have been staying at this hotel due to its location. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good but should have more spread of fruit. On the 1st day we asked for an ironing board but it could barely stand as it was broken. The staff should have check before that. The 2nd day the ironing board was also not in good condition. Hopefully, the hotel can replace them with new ones.

It's was a real disappointment stay First of all we paid for a early check in at around 11am and paid $400k rupiah But when we got into our room 536 Aircon was faulty and the service team came to do a servicing on the spot but it took almost 20mins Bedsheet was not changed and had some stains on the left side of the bed As we requested for 2 smoking rooms opposite one another which was 525 on my booking request we thought our request will be fulfilled but unfortunately we were told at the reception we can only get 525 and the other room will be on the bon smoking level What is this ? This has been my multiple times staying and this was what I get when I brought my friends over It was so embarrassing as I told them beforehand this is the hotel I love most whenever im in Batam Worst of all on the check out date we again faced another issue We requested for a extension of 30mins as some of my friends were not back yet Called the reception and was told they can allow only for 1 room Ok that's fine with us But reception called my friend's room at about 11.25 to make sure they must check out asap But when they went down they were told by the reception they did not receive any updates on the late check out of our room which was 536 What is this ? No communication amongst the staff ? Kindly revert Total disappointment Thumbs down Will not recommend this hotel stay to friends again as it was so embarrassing with the many issues we faced during our 1 nite stay at your hotel

Nice , clean and bed comfortable to sleep, Toilet clean , easy booking car or grab to location here , and the breakfast is nice❤️

Very good location with lots of shopping area and eateries nearby. Good for a short stay. Repeated booking for more than a year. Nice quality breakfast.
