Location is good, bcs mall is just a walking distance. Surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Hotel is clean and staffs are helpful and friendly too.

This is the 3rd time we stay at this hotel. It is just next to A2 food court and the breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed themselves and we will be back again soon. Thank you. ☺️☺️☺️

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, which made our stay comfortable. Service was great — we requested extra towels and received them promptly. Check-in was quick and smooth, with friendly staff at the front desk. We also ordered food delivery during our stay, and the reception kindly received it on our behalf. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable experience!

Beautiful room with good amenities nearby. There are welcome drinks at the lobby for guests and another 2 Starbucks drinks voucher upon checking in. Breakfast is sumptuous and enjoy the convenience of 2 malls, massage and foods within walking distance.

Great location near to A2 food court and many other eateries. Walking distance to BCS mall and Grand Batam Mall. Massage parlours, spas, salon and entertainment venues within the area. Breakfast was satisfactory with good variety of food. Highly recommended for convenience and strategic location. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Hotel is very close to a2 food court, opposite many massage shops and coffee shop there is also Starbucks coffee stall beside the hotel

Great hotel, good location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Lost 2 items at hotel lobby and kept by front desk, got them back! Will return here in future.

As, always excellent svc with watermelon juice at lobby, complimentary Starbucks beverages, brownies sampling, upgrade to Suite. All is good.

Location is good which is near to Batam City Square and Grand Batam Mall. Unfortunately, the A2 foodcourt is not that cleaned which may affect the surrounding areas.

Location, of course! - usually its fully booked and can be a bit pricey, but luckily, we manage to secure a room during the Christmas season week. I decided to book the same hotel which I stayed 2 years ago due to its prime location just opposite Batam Grand Mall. Easy to walk back after a late 🎬. Also, walking distance to my FAV SPA (Eska) and another mall (DC mall). We definitely return again next time!

Convenient location. Walking distance to Grand Batam mall and BCS mall. A lot of food stall nearby. Hotel room are clean. Breakfast provided are superb. Room at high level, nice sunset view.
