The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. When I asked them to book a Grab, they arranged it quickly and efficiently. Their excellent service made my experience even more pleasant.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a food court and shopping mall all within a few steps, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel facilities and services are comprehensive and clean, and the staff's service attitude is superb 👍.

Not so friendly reception did not ask for any necessities during the 3 night stay but ask for a bottle of mineral water on the last day morning before checking out as need to swallow medicine but was asked to make payment check out time is 12pm but received a reminder call at 11am asking us to check out while I’m having a bath No fridge for superior room unlike many other hotels over there do provide room extremely small for the price compared to other hotels nearby yellowish bed sheets old look of the pillows cases Tv screen was extremely dark Wifi automatically switched off after every 30 mins Baggage was not tightened together when we do the check out as need to lunch out and then came back to collect it will not recommend to anyone else for this hotel 17/100% to be given
