We had a very pleasant stay with our family and child. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it easy to rest and sleep well. The bed was very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the strong water pressure and consistently hot water in the bathroom. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We would happily stay here again on our next visit.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the soundproofing is quite good. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as a few large shopping malls, which is really convenient.

The corridor outside my rooms is full dust and a bit smelly ,room can here noise outside , maybe hotel can add some kettle or hair dryer in room . Room overall average. I think they are still under renovation so a bit dusty.

The staff were really rude. My room didn't even have a window. They accused me of smoking in the room and threatened to fine me. Even though they couldn't find any cigarette butts, they took a video on their phone of what they claimed was ash found in my room and said they'd keep my 200,000 deposit, plus charge me an extra 50,000. This hotel is garbage, and so are the staff. The hairdryer didn't work, the water wasn't hot, and the drain was clogged.
