This is my first time staying at this hotel. I really liked how clean and spacious the room was, and there are lots of restaurants nearby, which is really convenient.

I had a good experience at these hotel . Managed to lock price around RM380 one night for 2 people . Receptionist very nice . Prepare good breakfast . Near to indomaret and alpha mart. But driver ask to be careful to eat around for Muslim. But it okag since we dont buy anything from hawker or Restaurant around.

The hotel location is superb, surrounding by Food Court with lots of halal options, indomaret,alfamart, Massage Place, Nasi Padang Sederhana, and many more. The Receptionist is very kind and the lobby smells good all the time.

This hotel comes with balcony clean and good price. Surrounding have food court offers all kinds of food. Massage, spa and manicure. All within walking distance. Bed and pillow super comfortable. Highly recommended, if you are visiting Batam.

Lobby aircon not cold. Breakfast food warm only. Even omelette and sunny side up eggs were room temperature . But room is big and clean. Room walls are not soundproof hence can hear from next door guests ..but hotel staff were friendly and polite.

Check in procedure very fast. Location is superb. Food stall in downstairs and infront of hotel . Thank to the staff i was given late check out at 1pm
