Facility is very good. But 10-15 mins walk from main stations. It’s just disappointing when I checked out early but they can’t store my luggage anymore - the male attendant said they cannot accommodate when you’re out for service which was the first time I heard of. I asked another female attendant in hopes of a positive response but respectfully explained that they have a small storage for luggages so cannot accommodate it even when i’ll be back after 3 hrs to pick it up. The hotel should delete the luggage storage service in the posting or highlight that it only applies before checkin time. In the end, I paid for a coin luggage. An additional cost! I should have booked another hotel had I known - not just the cost but the effort to walk dragging a heavy luggage.

The actual hotel looked nothing like the pictures of the building; I thought it was awful. When I entered the bathroom, I immediately noticed mold under the sink. The shower curtain was tasteless, and I didn't dare use the old, non-disposable slippers. The reception staff weren't Japanese. I felt this hotel was more for men and would be tough for women.

The room was quite spacious and clean, amenities were amazing every detail has been thought well.

Really rude and doesn't interested in guests man on reception. Everything a little bit old and not sure that actually clean. The bathroom has everything you need. I was happy to leave this place.

Good for the price . Rooms are small but comfortable .

Overall ok. Small room small bed, may not suitable for couple if considering u wanna queensize bed.

Close to JR station. Room is clean and tidy. The area is full of dining places.
