Cute room. Unlimited toiletries in the lobby. Very friendly staff. We felt too warm in the room so they gave us a cute rotating electric fan so we can be comfortable in our stay. The hotel received our luggage even when we were out for a Shirakawago day tour. We accidentally left our wallet in the room and they contacted us for it. They did an extra mile in having the wallet delivered to our next hotel which is in Tokyo. We love this hotel. The only thing is that our room smelled like foul body odor so we kept the window open for proper ventilation

Breakfast was good. The room was nice and compact, but the bathtub was too small to stand up from, so I think it would be nice if there was a handrail.

Very close to Rong area but very quiet at night
After getting off at Nagoya Station, you can walk or take the subway for 1 stop. The transportation is very convenient.
Breakfast in the hotel for 8,900 yen. You can choose Japanese or Western food.
