There's a shopping mall right across the street, which is super convenient. The hotel staff were also great; they helped me store my luggage after check-out since it was a bit large.

The room was clean and comfortable. Two average-sized women could share the bed without any major issues. The soundproofing was also excellent. They offer luggage storage, and it's very close to the train station. Great value for money, highly recommend!

We arrived quite late due to a Shinkansen delay, but they kindly allowed us an extra 30 minutes in the room the next morning. Thank you. The breakfast was average; I had scrambled eggs and a cappuccino. A huge plus is its location, just 2 minutes from the train station.

Getting to the hotel from the airport is super easy: just take the Meitetsu Line straight to Nagoya Station, and it's about a 7-8 minute walk from there. Nagoya Station is great for shopping, with department stores like Takashimaya and JR Tower, plus tons of restaurants and shopping streets. You'll find everything from hitsumabushi (grilled eel) to Komeda Coffee and Ichiran Ramen. The 7-Eleven nearby even offers tax refunds. The front desk staff were really friendly and had excellent English. On the first floor, you can help yourself to various toiletries and tea bags. The room was a bit small but perfectly fine. Breakfast included both Western options like bread and salad, and Japanese dishes. If you want your room cleaned, you need to let the front desk know in the morning. For fresh towels, just put them in the bag provided and hang it on your doorknob. The only downside was that the breakfast menu never changed.

This hotel is super convenient for getting around, being close to the Shinkansen exit at Nagoya Station. The room wasn't large, but it was spotless, and the bedding was comfortable. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which was great during our trip. With its excellent value for money and location, I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit to Nagoya.

The room looks exactly as pictured, though a single room might feel a bit cramped with a medium-sized suitcase. There's a desk next to the bed that's just right for one person to work at. The soundproofing and blackout curtains in the room are excellent.
