4.2/ 5Very GoodLocation is good in between Sakae and Fushimi. 10 min walk to Takashimaya and 20 min walk to Osu. So many local eateries in the road behind the main road. Breakfast is good with many varieties. However parking fee was expensive. Day parking is yen 1,600 and any additional parking after 11:00 am is at yen300 per hour. We left on a Sat when most offices are closed. Not much car in the vicinity. We also realized most outside parking was cap at around yen1200 or yen1500 only, while there is no maximum rate set for this hotel. It is an area they can look into it.

3.5/ 5nice lobby.free coffee at lobby. room reasonable size. onsen was good. some customers did not wash body before soaking in onsen. nearby there is convenience stores. waljing distance to nagoya station takes 30 mins. walk to fushimi station takes 10 mins. free noodles has no vegetarian option. management should give vegetarian noodle option.
