Excellent location, the I Hotel Baloi is located opposite the new Grand Batam Mall and surrounded by many Massage wellness and Spa centre and other amenities. Hotel Deluxe Room is very clean and spacious. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast spread is good. Will definitely go back and stay at I Hotel Baloi Batam and also recommend to my friends too.

Second time stay with Hotel Baloi.
My best choice whenever I go Batam trip.
Rooms are big, aircon are cold. breakfast are very good!

Been staying tis hotel numerous times if it’s available. Great place to stay and. Nearby to many amenities. The staff are all great and helpful.

Trip.com should be avoided because they cannot be contacted if you require immediate customer support service. I had no contact number n only can reach the staff via email hence I have to wait for 30mins after arrival for check in at hotel lobby . The reception staff could not find the booking because the hotel did not receive any confirmation from trip.com.
I will strongly not recommend anyone to book under Trip.com due to its poor n slow staff response during emergency for verification. Secondly there is no direct contact or point of contact for immediate assistance.

Brought my 2 year old son to batam for a short trip and I’m so glad to choose this hotel. The Grand Batam Mall is just about 2-3 min walk. So I can bring my son to the indoor playground and Arcade to play.
There’re many massage parlour and food options in the area.
Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly.
Room is really spacious and clean.
Bed is big and comfortable, we slept really well.
Will choose this hotel again next time we go.
