Great room with very friendly staff. They allowed us to luggage forward to them which was extremely helpful! Would stay again!

I got the 1 night+breakfast. The breakfast was totally worth the price and it had a lot of varieties. And so delicious. Would recommend. But the only negative aspect was some tourist destinations were far away and it was costing a lot of money to get to the attractions.

Very worth for the price. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly. We have spent a good night there

The breakfast had various choices

It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and the surrounding area is decent. The price is very reasonable. The room is typically small, which is common for Japanese rooms, but it has all the necessary amenities.

Small, clean and had everything. Location is perfect.

It was actually good for its price as it exceeded our expectation. The place was very clean tho the room we were booked was smelly (smells like smoke) but aside from that— it was overall good.

They are very strict about their policies. I was less than half an hour late checking out and still had to pay a late fee.

The room is too small or the bed is to large. There was no chair or table to put things away. It was cold and humid and the bathroom was smelly when we came so we had to have the windows opened, which you can not do yourself. We could smell smoke even if they say it's a non smoking hotel. The beds were comfortable though and we slept well. We didn't stay much at the hotel but having a chair and a table to put things away is a must. The staff was welcoming and very helpful.

Very good place

Very far from Nagoya station and also far from Nagoya visiting places. At the front desk, the explanation was not clear enough and didn't get warmly greeted. I don't like that feeling.

The hotel was clean. But I wanted coffee in my room. I liked when I can watch something on Netflix in my room. The television was also wonderful.

Did not check in due to system work error.
