Nice hotel and good location which nearby JR station with 10 mins by walk. Many good restaurants for eat around hotel. Also big shopping malls which very good for shopping. Hotel Staff also very nice and helpful. Breakfast simple but good. Happy stay!

Comfortable hotel with decent breakfast. Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Also good with luggage storage. Will come back again!!!

I knew in advance that there would be a pick-up and drop-off service, and the overall check-in was very smooth. The front desk and driver services were very good, and there was no impatience (I was confused by the Japanese standards a few years ago)
Finally, I have updated the pick-up and drop-off timetable in the previous review. Compared with the previous one, there are some fewer flights. I was worried about whether it would be canceled before I waited for the bus (currently 2024.4)...
