I'm a local and I stayed this hotel because I had a meeting with my close friend at a restaurant near here. I didn't want to go back home in the midnight by taxi.
The location is good enough, close to Chikusa station. You can arrive at the entrance through the underground pass from the station.
The facilities are good, but not new, not super excellent.
To stay here one or two nights for a business might be fine, but I do not recommend you for tourism.
Good enough as a business hotel.

The room was dimly lit with only one light in the center, and the overall facilities were old, with a physical key instead of a card key, and no washlet.
Since it is far from Sakae, you will need to take a taxi after the last train.
It can't be helped that it's expensive since it's the Christmas season, but it feels very expensive.
