Ryokan a little dated but clean
Well placed near the arcades
Car parking
Very good Japanese breakfast
Manager speaks very good English and the staff is welcoming
Plus a small onsen (5 places max) very pleasant
Yukata futon WC and showers in the hallway
No small fridge
Small wardrobe
Small TV screen

There is a large public bath, but perhaps because the timing was good, I was able to take a relaxing bath without meeting anyone else.
The breakfast was delicious, and the futon and yukata on the tatami were nice and satisfying!

The food is delicious. In the covered flat parking lot, you could easily park a foreign car (Audi A8) if you didn't have a super height wagon. The management couple were also very kind.
