A well-located hostel in the city center, with plenty of shops and restaurants around. The owner take the time to ask about your trip, which gives the place a warm touch. The reception and common area are pleasant, and the bed is genuinely comfortable. A solid choice for a city break.

Location is great, room is spacious but public bath is a bit small

The Hotel is beautiful , it feels like luxurious. Also the Onsen is included in the accommodation. Highly recommended 😊

The hot spring bath was fantastic! It was so refreshing to have some ice water afterwards. Nearby, we discovered a Shanghai Chinese restaurant; the owners were incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious. There was also a really good Malatang spot.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of Oasis 21 Plaza and the area's most bustling commercial street. On the second floor, there's a public bath perfect for a relaxing soak. Please be aware that in some twin rooms, the entrance door directly faces the bed; guests with a preference regarding this should inform the hotel in advance.

It's an average stay, neither outstanding nor disappointing. The front desk is on the second floor, and the entrance can easily be mistaken for the Livemax cafe next door, making it a bit hard to spot at night. The amenities are pretty standard for the Livemax chain nationwide. The only issue is the air conditioner's placement in the room; no matter how you adjust the vents, the airflow always hits your head while you sleep.

What a great place to stay. Huge room. Big bathroom. Comfortable. The drip coffee they supply in your room is great and overall it was the best place I stayed during my travel through Japan. It’s also supper close to all the shopping streets and eateries. Easily located near a station. Plenty sockets for charging and a huge TV which we were able to connect an HdMI cable and play the switch after a long day out of walking

Spotless clean! The room has a microwave. Close to metro station, 5 mins walk.

Great location by the Central Park shopping plaza and Meijo Line, giving you great options for food and general shopping as well as transport into and around the city. The main draw of the amenities is the Sauna and Public Bath. This was an amazing feature to have directly in the Hotel, giving you a great way to relax and wind down after a day of exploring the city.

The room is huge. Just feels like home. But the coffee and tea are terrible.
