Unbeatable location. 1-min walk covered walk from all Nagoya public transport. You got all kinds of cuisines in the shopping mall underneath. Lovely view from the room. Relatively more spacious than normal Japanese hotel. If you are a family of 3-4 with young kids, highly recommend the twin room. The breakfast buffet is with good choices and taste. Reasonable priced. Definitely stay again in next visit. No doubt.

One of the best hotel around nagoya station. Their TV was the biggest i've ever seen inside hotel room in Japan. Good place to stay if you want to go to shirakawa.

Convenient location, just perfectly above JR train station and Takashimaya department store. Room is a bit smaller than expected. Mobile charger is available in the room too. Breakfast buffet has a reasonable variety of choices, but limited selection of veg and fruit. Unagi rice, deep fried prawn tempura and chicken wing are delicious. Hand crafted hot latte is available in the bar too.

It is conveniently located to takashimaya and train stations, easily accessible. However, the triple room is small, unexpected! Overall experience is still good.

Would have given all 5 stars if not for the noise  from the trains. Nonetheless I do recommend for those who are not sensitive to noise to stay at the hotel. The noise is quite bearable and it was surprisingly therapeutic to watch Shinkansen and local trains from my floor (level 23). The location is prime as it is just above Takashimaya, Uniqlo, GU, and close to JR station, subway and AirPort Express. I opted for breakfast and enjoyed the variety it offered. Not forgetting they allowed to deposit my luggage for 3 nights ahead of my stay. Love their flexibility!

The best location in Nagoya station. Loads of great restaurants and department stores just downstair at the hotel. You don’t need to worry about any weather like too hot or cold, sunny or rainy days. Room are clean and services is great too.

I come to Nagoya for women’s marathon and choose to stay here for one night. The hotel is located on the Nagoya station, which is very convenient. But the room size is literally small, just like other hotels in Japan. Generally the hotel is quite good and the service is extraordinarily.

Location is great, the tower is connected to department stores and restaurants. It’s like no need to go outside. It’s a bonus especially under cold weather. Room is clean and spacious

The view from room this stay can view to the Nagoya Castle. The view is also nice as the last time is viewing to the train station. Also, beautiful sunrise can be seen from the room. Location is the most convenient and highly recommended.

Location for hotel is accessible, many shopping malls/ department stores nearby the hotel. The most memorable was the breakfast, it was delicious.

15 mins walk from Nagoya station, there is a convenient store otw there. At night there is also free udon at restaurant for hotel guest.
