Mercure Cibadak Sukabumi Resort

I stayed for one night with my husband and child in a privilege pool room. It was only an hour's drive from Bogor. All the staff were friendly. We were allowed to play in the aviary while waiting for our room (because we arrived too early, around 12 PM), and lunch at the restaurant was delicious too. The most memorable part was the aviary attendant, who was so communicative with the kids, making them feel right at home. There were many free activities for children, and some paid ones like horseback riding, but it was all worth it since we didn't have to go out elsewhere. When we visited, we also received a free anniversary cake slice, free snacks in the room, and a free framed photo with a photographer. Thank you, Mercure Cibadak and the gentleman in the photo. We'll definitely be back! The only downside was that the artificial waterfall in the aviary wasn't running when we arrived, which was a bit disappointing, but overall, we were happy and enjoyed our stay.

The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere, the rooms are clean and spacious, and there are many facilities, including plenty of activities for kids. There's only one thing missing: no EV chargers. Please consider adding EV charging ports, as there were quite a few electric vehicles when I visited.

Loved my vacation at Mercure Cibadak Sukabumi! I got room 1115, which had a terrace where we could feed deer directly from the room. My kids absolutely loved it!

Not far from the hotel... The place is nice and cool. The staff, from the entrance to inside, were all excellent. The food was also good.

A modern hotel with an excellent restaurant. It was a beautiful experience with a charming view.

Pleasant stay, the hotel is spacious with many activity areas, and the breakfast was delicious.

The facilities and views are quite good, and the hot water and shower work well. The bathroom and swimming pool are clean. There are also 4 pillows in the room, so you can sleep comfortably with plenty of pillows. My only negative experience was finding small ants on the edge of the bed near the headboard, crawling on the wall. Another small drawback is the lack of a comb – I always forget to pack one when I travel!

The staff are friendly and it's perfect for families. There are also lots of activities for kids.
