South Gate Hotel Okinawa Naha Tomari Port (Direct Access to Tomarin)

This was the best accommodation I've ever stayed in... It's close to the airport, and it's easy to get to Kokusai Street, a tourist spot, and other places. The hotel is clean and the view is amazing. The restaurant is also top-notch. If I ever come back to Okinawa, I'd love to stay here again.

Highly recommend, whether you have kids or not! It's very new, and even if you don't speak Japanese or English, it's totally fine. For those with children, it's super family-friendly! They have facilities and equipment for kids available for rent, and they even have a sterilizer! Everything is very high-tech~! It's a bit of a shame the rooftop area doesn't have a pool, especially since the view is so beautiful. The staff are all very friendly, the interior is gorgeous, and it's not far from the airport or Kokusai Street, which is very convenient!

The room was spacious and very new, with excellent overall cleanliness. The water heated up quickly, making everything very convenient. There's a Lawson downstairs and the pier is right next door, which is super handy for buying tickets. The only downside is that the parking fee is too expensive. However, I would definitely stay here again next time, haha! It's new and I felt very comfortable and secure during my stay.

I had dined at the restaurant before, but this was my first time staying overnight. The interior was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly attentive, which made for a very satisfying stay. We also had meals there, and both the taste and service were excellent, making our time with friends even more enjoyable.

First off, the location is incredibly convenient, whether you're heading to the airport, ferry terminal, or Kokusai Street. The room was new and perfectly fine. For just over 500, the price was really good value. However, the front desk is basically self-service; there are no staff members to assist you, only friendly employees who will guide you to use the iPad for check-in. They are very strict about not giving out rooms before 3 PM, so you have to store your luggage in a locker yourself. And when we needed to add another room last minute, the three front desk staff couldn't even process a walk-in booking on the computer; they told us to book through an OTA. Their problem-solving skills were non-existent. I'd come back again, but I wouldn't recommend it, even though a lot of Hongkongers stay here.

Great hotel! It's located very close to the port, which is convenient for island hopping. The main tourist street is about a 15-20 minute walk away. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the entire hotel feels brand new. The pool is small, but still nice. For its price, this hotel is fantastic!

This hotel has an industrial ocean theme and is located within the cruise center. It's very new and the breakfast is fantastic, especially the French toast which is absolutely divine. It's also super convenient to get to from the airport, just a 15-minute bus ride, five stops away.

Highly recommended hotel! It's conveniently located, about a 15-minute walk to the city center. The hotel design is very comfortable with lots of greenery. The room is spacious, well-lit with many lamps, and the view of the harbor is incredibly calming. There's an izakaya across the street that's open until around 11:30 PM, and plenty of other dining options nearby. The staff are very enthusiastic and always smiling. You need to pick up toiletries yourself from the lobby on the ground floor. There's a self-service water dispenser, and water bottles are provided in the room for refilling. I'm really looking forward to staying at this hotel again on my next visit to Okinawa. Be sure to try the large public bath – it's spacious and has many different types of pools!

The hotel's location is good, with plenty of food options nearby, and easy access to Kokusai-dori. I happened to be there during a typhoon and stayed in the hotel. The facilities only include an onsen and a gym, nothing else particularly special. The hotel's parking costs 2000 JPY per night. If there's a storm or rain, it's okay, as there are places nearby to shelter. It's a shame there's no pool. The hotel itself is quite expensive. Breakfast was just okay, but acceptable.
