Very average hotel, not many people at the front desk speaks English, location is not that great too.

Just realize after returning that I ve booked std twin room but they offered me a double room. My room was on the 5th floor opposite the housekeeping room. It somehow bothersome and noisy. The room size is same as Japanese room, quite small. If you come with 28” luggage you have to manage to open it. By the way, BF is super.

If you don’t have a car the location is a bit of. Very inconvenient that they don’t offer an airport pickup. As we arrived the extra bed in our twin room was charged with 63000 yen for 3 nights without breakfast! Rooms as such are ok, staff friendly

Hotel staffs are polite, helpful and most of them can communicate in English with problem. Also the location is very close to city centre. Hotel room are spacious and clean.

While it may not be located in the most convenient area, it does offer a good price with a breakfast buffet and the opportunity to try different Okinawan dishes. Parking fee : 1000 yen per night

Nice stay

The Christmas tree was just decorated and the lights were very beautiful. The view from the outdoor pool was also very beautiful and relaxing.

All the hotel staff are very polite. I want to make a reservation for a SPA. Since I need to communicate in Japanese, the front desk staff must be willing to assist us so that we can make a smooth reservation for the SPA.

It is about a 25-minute drive from Naha Airport. Parking is convenient for self-driving tours, and the facilities are complete. There is a laundry room downstairs. The room was clean and tidy, with views of the swimming pool and Naha city from the window. The family of three enjoyed their stay.

The location is excellent, it is halfway up the mountain, overlooking the city of Naha. It is within walking distance of Kokusai-dori and DFS. It is quiet and soundproofed. The service is patient and thoughtful. All requests can be met as much as possible. Strollers can be used for free. There is an infinity pool and a children's playroom. It is a hotel with a high cost-effectiveness in terms of indoor area and price in the city. There is a Family Mart on the first floor. The breakfast is rich, especially the mushroom carrot beef soup is very tasty. I am very satisfied with this stay.
