The facilities are well-equipped. The room is super spacious and comfortable, and extremely clean. The only downside is that the location isn't great. It's more suitable if you're driving (there are many parking lots nearby).

The room was spacious, and we had access to a well-equipped self-service area. It's conveniently located near a gas station and convenience store. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathtub was a great bonus.

Very clean hotel. The room has everything you need for cooking, washing, and drying clothes. The staff is friendly, and all transportation options are nearby. I'd happily come back.

Room was very clean and neat. About a 10 minute walk to Tomari Port, and about 15 minute walk from one end of Kokusai-Dori shopping street. There's a lot of izakayas and eateries to try around the area as well! There were 2 car parking lots on the ground floor, and it cost 1000 yen per night to park. There are also other paid parking lots around the building, and they can provide some info on that at reception. Laundry detergent was 50 yen for a small packet (1 wash), and softener was about 100 yen. Washing machine and dryer in the room worked very well. One thing I would say is that I did message them on Trip.com regarding parking more than a week before my stay and didn't get a response until the day before my stay, where they only asked me what time I'd be checking in. Not sure if this was a Trip.com issue. But overall, great place to stay, would recommend, especially if you are catching an early ferry from Tomari Port to one of the islands for the day :)

The price was reasonable and the apartment was up to our expectation. Location is convenient for our 5 days stay. No frills, clean and nice staff. Happy to stay here again if needed.

The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the room is clean, and has complete equipment. It feels like staying at a friend's house. There is a washing machine and dryer that can be used for free, but you have to buy detergent at the counter. I like that you can cook your own food. There is a clothes drying rack. There is a large refrigerator and microwave in the room. The hotel is not far from Tomari Port and you can walk to Kokusai-dori walking street.

The hotel is new, perfectly clean, even on the balcony. The beds are very comfortable. There are sockets with a USB port, no adapter needed. All kitchen utensils are paid if you stay less than two nights.

Nice apartment, good soundproofing and double-glazed windows, good (clean!) air conditioning, all amenities available, large beds. Good transport accessibility, 5 minutes walk from the port with boats to the islands, 10 minutes walk to the monorail, bus stops nearby. Check-in and check-out without complaints.

Overall, it was neither good nor bad. I stayed for 7 nights, and the house was only cleaned on the second day. There was no cleaning service after that, which was very confusing.

Area: It's about a ten-minute walk to Kokusai-dori, along the river. Taxis are easily available, and there's a convenience store downstairs. Service: The service is hard to describe. I arrived from another hotel that day and checked in late, and the hotel didn't contact me in advance. I called at 7 PM and was told I'd check in around 8 PM, but luckily I made it before the front desk closed. I couldn't understand a word of English, and even with the translator, I couldn't make a single sentence. The courier gave me the code for the self-service key locker, and I tried desperately to memorize it. However, upon arriving at the hotel, there was a door that required a key. The number at the front desk couldn't be reached, so I contacted Ctrip. Haha, I figured it out on my own. About twenty minutes later, an elderly couple arrived, and we all got in. I tried the codes for about ten key lockers one by one, but luckily, I got through to door 5. The key was very old, connected to the main power switch for each room. If someone goes downstairs to buy something, the person staying in the room will have to turn off the power in the dark... If they don't have their keys, they can just enter the building. You say it's safe, and it's quite safe... but it's not very convenient. For value, forget the bike.

It's only 10 minutes away from the airport. The room is spacious and has a terrace overlooking the sea. The price is favorable.

There aren't many main roads or tourist attractions nearby, so it's relatively quiet. The building itself is also very quiet. Facilities: The room is large, and the facilities are complete and ample, including various appliances and toiletries. The balcony is spacious and convenient for drying clothes. There's also a washing machine and dryer in the room. The kitchen facilities, such as the microwave and refrigerator, are also very functional. Service: There are foreign staff at the front desk who can speak English. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and they provide thorough explanations of the room. Note that the front desk is not available 24 hours a day; please inform them in advance if you need assistance outside of these hours. It's also very convenient for visiting small islands; the harbor is within a ten-minute walk. It offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

Ctrip and the hotel staff were very helpful. I didn't bring my keys late at night. The hotel environment was very good. The sea view room was very comfortable. There was an induction cooker and tableware available.
