For a Japanese hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean. I arrived half an hour before the checkin time as I had activities to follow, the front desk staff was really nice and found me and my family two cleaned up rooms and allowed me to check in a little ahead of time, this really helped us a lot. The hotel also gave us two welcome drinks per room at the bar on the top floor, which had a really nice view of Naha. The valet staff are also very considerate and got our car prepared at the times that I requested with no waiting. The breakfast was decent with ample supply. Overall I’m very satisfied with my stay and would certainly re-visit when I go to Naha next time.

I have stayed many deluxe hotels in downtown Naha area, but this is by far the best hotel for following reasons; 1. Quality of room Descent space (much larger than typical Japanese standard). Good amenity including bathrobes, FREE minibar (beer, Japanese tea, bottled water etc.). Hotel is new; opened in 2020 and cleanness of room is excellent. Soundproof excellent. Toilet and bathtub is well separated and spacious. 2. Facilities Gym + Outside pool available. Only hotel in Kokusai-Dodri area which has such nice amenities. 3. Location Located in central Naha area (Kokusai Dori) with everything within walking distance ( Don Quixote, Starbucks etc.). No other hotel can beat this location!! I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfortable stay in downtown Naha.

Because it is not possible to rent a car and travel by car in Okinawa, I booked this hotel for the convenience of transportation. There is a subway and bus center across the road, and it is within walking distance to Kokusai Street. The hotel room is relatively large, and you will get a lounge coupon when you check in, where you can have a free drink every day. I really like this service. After shopping every day, I take a shower and go to the lounge to order a drink. The night view of the bay is very beautiful. The breakfast at the hotel was also very rich. I originally booked for 3 nights, but wanted to stay at the beach for the last night, so I renewed the reservation for another night because the stay was very comfortable.

Location is good, right next to Mono Rail and 7-11 Convenient Store. Cleanliness is decent, rooms are OK Size. But if You are a vegetarian then you don't have much options. Something I want to point out, Reception staff was helpful most of the times. Since we are vegetarian, they helped us in looking for the restaurant and locating them but once while from the room my son Called to ask for Salt they told him that the restaurant is closed, so can't get. When asked for Extra Face Towels it was told to come down and get it. It just happened once but 4 Star Hotel and this attitude makes me think if I want to book again! One bad behavior can dismiss the efforts of all the people who are working towards the common goal. Overall I would say it was decent stay mnius the food part!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aqua citta, and must say it was an experience worth sharing. Hotel location was very convenient and easily accessible. Lots of convenient stores are nearby. Room was well designed and provided all the amenities. Cleanliness was commendable. They provide very good breakfast. The only problem we faced is the wifi connectivity.

Hotel Loisir is located 15-20 min walking from the city center. It has good amenities and wide selection of food for breakfast, including Okinawan specialties. The hotel has hot bath and swimming pool (in April, only indoor swimming pool was open) of decent size. Loisir is a great transit place, if you have a car, or any other occasion when you don’t look to span much time in the center of Naha. The location is quiet and peaceful. Note, that if you looking for gym, then the hotel has very minimal equipment, mostly for cardio workout. It would be helpful to have a bench and weights.

The location is very close to Shouli City and can be reached in 1 minute on foot. The hotel is not far from Naha IC AC. It is not too traffic jam to go out on the highway in the morning. There is a family on the first floor of the hotel, from 07:00 to 24:00, it is very convenient to buy breakfast, buy milk, buy instant noodles, buy bubble. The front desk staff explained the accommodation service very carefully. The first time I got the wooden door card, I was very textured. As for whether there is a Chinese service, I don't know, because I didn't meet the Chinese service staff this time. This time I stayed on the high floor and had a good view. The room is a room type with two double beds, but the Japanese double bed is just bigger than the single bed. It is not recommended that families with more than Chinese students book this room type, which is more suitable for families with primary school students or young children. The cleaning staff is very dedicated to sorting out the room.

I and my friend was really satisfied with your hotel. Customer services are welcomed, let us feel comfortable, staffs are all polite and kindness. Hotel environment is clean, and cozy. Location is so easy for us to go to wherever we want to go. Only two points we want to say is that we hope there are more TV programs and the menu for breakfast could be more multiple. In general, we really love the hotel and will chose check-in again next time travel in Okinawa, thank you so much for everything.

Location is excellent and a short walk takes you to the only beach park and BBQ area of Naha. We loved the hotel amenities except that check out time is 10 am and extra time for check out is 1100 jpy per hour extra ! Taxi ride to airport is 1260 yen and taxi ride to Kokusai Dori is about 1000 Jpy. Taxi ride to Umakazi Terrance is about 1800 jpy. Room service is excellent and staff is very helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. Whenever I travel to Okinawa, I stay here, exclusively and usually for two to three months at a time. The hotel is typical of a Hilton branded hotel; very nice and exceptionally clean. The staff is very professional and accommodating. The thing that sets them apart from the others is how friendly they are. They make you feel like you are coming home after a long day of work. It doesn't matter if you are speaking with a desk clerk, a house maid or the general manager; they are all wonderful. I am going back in about 10 days for another 2.5 months and I look forward to seeing all the wonderful people at Doubletree Naha! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Southern Okinawa. Great hotel at a budget price!

6 km / 15 min / 1470 yen by taxi from the airport. Although Naha itself is very built up so kind of just like any other nondescript Japanese city albeit with interesting vegetation, it's a convenient location with lots of food options. The condo itself is right next to a Shell gas station with an adjacent Family Mart. There are 3 apartments per floor at this rather new-looking 10-storey building and the reception is downstairs from 9 am -7 pm plus a number to call outside these hours, very courteous with badly translated English instructions. We stayed 10 nights and room was scheduled to be cleaned every 3 days. Room key also opens the door to trash/recycle area outside. Basically you get a 30 m2 studio apartment with a spacious balcony where you can see the ferry terminal and a bit of the ocean & a small dining space plus all the amenities, new and spotlessly clean with a washer/dryer & shower/bath tub. Everything you can probably think of is provided, including cooking utensils & a separate washlet toilet - even Netflix on TV! AC & WIFI work well although you can also get a SIM card at the airport vending machine to help you navigate the small streets with Google Maps: 4000 yen for 10 days unlimited data or 3500 yen for 1.2 GB over 30 days. Our double bed was comfy but quite narrow, barely any movement possible for 2 adults - manageable for us but definitely think twice if you're a bigger couple or maybe consider twin beds. Very quiet inside. Less than 15 minutes to walk to Kokusaidori 国際通り shopping street with loads of shops (24-hour Don Quijote + drugstores) & restaurants but also plenty of enticing eateries within a short walk from the condo スマートコンド泊. Naha Main Place mall サンエー那覇メインブレイス , which has Cinemas Q & Tokyu Hands + LUPICIA tea, is under 20 minutes on foot. Closest beach might be Naminoue Beach, 25 minutes on foot. It's just a 5-minute walk to Tomari Port ferry terminal とまりん where you can get to the Kerama Islands in 50 minutes (Zamami highly recommend) or Tokashiki Island in 35 minutes - best check JMA website for potential high wave warnings. About 10 minutes to walk to Miebashi monorail station to the airport or Shuri Castle. This condo is best if you're planning day trips to the surrounding islands and don't mind walking a bit to the main shopping areas. Buses are fairly convenient with stops written out in romaji/English. 40 minutes / 600-650 yen by bus to American Village from the port - lots of buses go by the stop out front. Chinese Didi app works for taxis too (70 yen per 365 m plus 560 yen for the initial 1.75 km; can pay by cash if no Chinese ID). If you are not driving, there's a Hip Hop Bus / Jumbo Tour office (M-F 9-6 or book online) 10 minutes away where you can book daytrips for under 6000 yen & the closest pickup spot is 'Okinawa Kariyushi Urban Resort Naha' 沖縄かりゆしアーバンリゾート・ナハ next to Tomarin, basically the same building, but pickup is actually closer to the park.

After researching thoroughly for our anniversary/babymoon, we were happy this hotel was close to the bus terminal as well as downtown area with all the restaurants (roughly 15-20 mins). Hotel also came with detergent (for a fee) to use in their washer/dryer. Now the downside - this hotel can't possibly be a 4 star hotel, DO NOT fall for it. The hotel lobby is dated as is the room. We booked a double room/suite that's supposed to come with a double bed and view. Instead, we got a room with sofa and 2 twin beds facing a hotel with a smiley face and the sea somewhere in the back. So for the first night since it was late, we squeezed into 1 bed. On the second day, I went to the front and told them what we had booked and asked if they can change our room because I had paid a higher rate. What ended up happening is they pushed the 2 beds together and Voila! Now we get a ”double bed” with a crack in the middle. Luckily we only had 2 nights of this left, my poor husband slept in the crack of this hard AF bed. The bed was old and excruciatingly painful. My husband couldn't believe how hard the bed was! We contemplated sleeping on the floor if it wasn't so dirty and we had thicker blankets. Imagine being 25 weeks pregnant and having to sleep on your side on such a hard bed - my back, hips and shoulders were sore for days after leaving Okinawa. I thought the pain was from being pregnant until it resolved as we continued our trip and ended up in a different hotel. I have never slept on such a hard bed - and I've slept in hostels, shared beds with multiple friends, and had slept on cracks numerous times during my travel. By far, this has been THE WORST experience. I've also been more comfortable on a motel 6 bed. So do yourself a favor. Don't stay here unless it's cheaper than any 1 star hotel you see around. It'll likely be a more comfortable stay for much cheaper.

Stayed for 5 nights with young daughter to enjoy couple of relaxed days. Hotel is located in downtown Naha, it however still provides kind of resort feeling with their beautiful garden incl. outdoor pool & onsen: all really nicely arranged & great facilities ! Rooms are rather basic, more like Japanese business-hotel, but overall sufficient and with modern & fresh decor. Breakfast could actually be of bit higher quality & possibly more food options, also plastic plates give sort of cheap feeling, sorry. (Suggestion: change into „real“ plates inside and rather provide „plastic“ glasses & mugs for outdoor area which will also help to avoid broken glass issue at pool...). Other than breakfast, no further F&B offering, but can enjoy free drinks (incl. beer) and ice cream all-day ! Mostly impressive and really appreciated is their kind & attentive staff from various countries ! All interaction with them (prior to arrival via phone, personal during check-in / -out, front desk for questions & inquiries) was always pleasant, professional & supportive ! To name a few: Mr. Henry, Ms. Okabe, nice lady from Philippines (all front desk) and also nice ********* lady serving ramen at night: thank you & please keep up the positive spirit & motivation ! Overall nice new hotel option in Naha and will surely consider to return for both business & private stays !

Location and cospa are the best. Even if there are many foreigners, the private spaces on the 3rd to 5th floors are quiet. Sheets and rooms are clean. The dormitory is very cheap, but if you need privacy, I recommend choosing a twin room. You can also rent a bicycle. You can use the microwave, toaster, kettle, tableware, and refrigerator in the large shared space, and you can buy juice and beer from the vending machines. Wi-Fi and a computer are provided. No TV or elevator. Rinse-in shampoo and body soap are available, and amenities can be purchased for an additional fee, but we recommend bringing your own.

A nice cute studio located at Kokusai-dori, which is extremely convenient. Please be reminded that there is no reception on its own, and there is no elevator, so visitors with heavy luggages or have inconvenient using staircase have to consider. An early luggages deposit request was made before, but there is no place for us to drop-off until we met a staff later by chance. Overall, it's a pleasant hotel and I enjoyed the stay.

国際通りに面したところにあり、また宿泊の値段も安めに設定されていることから、ロビー・エレベーター・客室内のあらゆるところで設備面の古さは推して知るべし、と言える。しかし、だからと言って不潔であるとは言い難い。バスルーム等によく見られる汚れも、多くの客を受け入れてきた結果、もはや落とせるレベルでなくなった、と言える。 とは言え、『滞在を楽しむ』ホテルとは言えないだろう。エアコンはリモコンによる操作ではなく、机に設置されているつまみによるものであり、操作できるのはONとOFF、もしくは3～4段階の風の強弱のみで、冷房もしくは暖房の切り替え等は出来ない。しかも、就寝時はエアコンをOFFにしないと眠れないくらいに音が大きい。それはバスルームの換気扇も同様のことがいえる。テレビモニターもかなり小さく、ドラマや映画等のコンテンツ系番組を見るにはいささか不満を感じるかもしれない。 ホテル自体は24時間出入り自由であるが、フロントに人が常駐しているのは朝8時～24時のみとなっている（早朝チェックアウトの場合は鍵を入れるためのボックスが設置されている）。スタッフは適度な距離感で接客し、事務的ではあるが必要以上の会話はしない。素っ気なく感じるかもしれないが、『滞在を楽しむ』ホテルではない以上、特に不愉快な面は見られなかった。ホテルの入り口にはやや急ではあるがスロープもあるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方も気軽に利用できる。 Located on Kokusai Dori (International Street), and with the low price of accommodation, you can only guess at the antiquity of the facilities in the lobby, elevators, and guest rooms. However, this does not mean that the rooms are filthy. The stains that can often be seen in the bathrooms are no longer at a level that can be removed as a result of the many guests that have been accommodated. However, it's not a hotel where you can ”enjoy your stay”. The air conditioner is not operated by remote control, but by a knob on the desk, and can only be turned on and off, or set to 3 or 4 levels of air flow strength, not switching between cooling and heating. Moreover, the air conditioner is so loud that one has to turn it off when going to bed in order to sleep. The same can be said for the ventilation fan in the bathroom. The TV monitor is also quite small, which may be somewhat frustrating when watching TV dramas, movies, and other content-related programs. The hotel itself is open 24 hours a day, but the front desk is staffed only from 8:00 a.m. to 0:00 a.m. (for early morning check-out, a box is provided for the key). Staff members serve guests at a moderate distance and do not engage in more than necessary conversation, albeit in a clerical manner. It may seem plain, but as　not a ”enjoy your stay” hotel, I did not find any aspect of the hotel to be particularly unpleasant. The entrance to the hotel has a ramp, albeit a little steep, so people with disabilities, such as wheelchairs, can easily use it.

The stay at Southwest Grand Hotel was very comfortable. The staff 々 was very kind and always smiled from check-in to check-out. I booked in a standard room but the room was very spacious and clean as 々 and I was able to relax slowly. It was a luxurious experience with a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and a mini bar that was fully equipped with guests' exclusive pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and lounge and rooms for free. Definitely Naha is the number １ hotel. I will definitely go again. it's recommended!

国際通りに面したところにあり、また宿泊の値段も安めに設定されていることから、ロビー・エレベーター・客室内のあらゆるところで設備面の古さは推して知るべし、と言える。しかし、だからと言って不潔であるとは言い難い。バスルーム等によく見られる汚れも、多くの客を受け入れてきた結果、もはや落とせるレベルでなくなった、と言える。 とは言え、『滞在を楽しむ』ホテルとは言えないだろう。エアコンはリモコンによる操作ではなく、机に設置されているつまみによるものであり、操作できるのはONとOFF、もしくは3～4段階の風の強弱のみで、冷房もしくは暖房の切り替え等は出来ない。しかも、就寝時はエアコンをOFFにしないと眠れないくらいに音が大きい。それはバスルームの換気扇も同様のことがいえる。テレビモニターもかなり小さく、ドラマや映画等のコンテンツ系番組を見るにはいささか不満を感じるかもしれない。 ホテル自体は24時間出入り自由であるが、フロントに人が常駐しているのは朝8時～24時のみとなっている（早朝チェックアウトの場合は鍵を入れるためのボックスが設置されている）。スタッフは適度な距離感で接客し、事務的ではあるが必要以上の会話はしない。素っ気なく感じるかもしれないが、『滞在を楽しむ』ホテルではない以上、特に不愉快な面は見られなかった。ホテルの入り口にはやや急ではあるがスロープもあるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方も気軽に利用できる。 Located on Kokusai Dori (International Street), and with the low price of accommodation, you can only guess at the antiquity of the facilities in the lobby, elevators, and guest rooms. However, this does not mean that the rooms are filthy. The stains that can often be seen in the bathrooms are no longer at a level that can be removed as a result of the many guests that have been accommodated. However, it's not a hotel where you can ”enjoy your stay”. The air conditioner is not operated by remote control, but by a knob on the desk, and can only be turned on and off, or set to 3 or 4 levels of air flow strength, not switching between cooling and heating. Moreover, the air conditioner is so loud that one has to turn it off when going to bed in order to sleep. The same can be said for the ventilation fan in the bathroom. The TV monitor is also quite small, which may be somewhat frustrating when watching TV dramas, movies, and other content-related programs. The hotel itself is open 24 hours a day, but the front desk is staffed only from 8:00 a.m. to 0:00 a.m. (for early morning check-out, a box is provided for the key). Staff members serve guests at a moderate distance and do not engage in more than necessary conversation, albeit in a clerical manner. It may seem plain, but as　not a ”enjoy your stay” hotel, I did not find any aspect of the hotel to be particularly unpleasant. The entrance to the hotel has a ramp, albeit a little steep, so people with disabilities, such as wheelchairs, can easily use it.

Booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport for our early morning flight back home. Yes the hotel is dated but we were blown away by the warmth and sincerity of the staff. Our wifi failed to work in the room originally assigned to us and we were given an upgraded room with sorted all that out. The breakfast is vast and delicious, not what I would expect for its tariff. What also impressed us was how the reception assisted us with the booking of our cab to the airport the night before and that the driver was already waiting outside the lobby the next morning. As this is our wedding anniversary trip with our baby, the hotel also left us lovely cookies and a note to commemorate the event. We stayed at some beautiful resorts up north okinawa but none offered this level of service we received at Smile City. Thank you for wrapping up our anniversary with so much warmth and care!
