Because it is not possible to rent a car and travel by car in Okinawa, I booked this hotel for the convenience of transportation. There is a subway and bus center across the road, and it is within walking distance to Kokusai Street. The hotel room is relatively large, and you will get a lounge coupon when you check in, where you can have a free drink every day. I really like this service. After shopping every day, I take a shower and go to the lounge to order a drink. The night view of the bay is very beautiful. The breakfast at the hotel was also very rich. I originally booked for 3 nights, but wanted to stay at the beach for the last night, so I renewed the reservation for another night because the stay was very comfortable.

The stay at Southwest Grand Hotel was very comfortable. The staff 々 was very kind and always smiled from check-in to check-out. I booked in a standard room but the room was very spacious and clean as 々 and I was able to relax slowly. It was a luxurious experience with a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and a mini bar that was fully equipped with guests' exclusive pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and lounge and rooms for free. Definitely Naha is the number １ hotel. I will definitely go again. it's recommended!

I have stayed many deluxe hotels in downtown Naha area, but this is by far the best hotel for following reasons; 1. Quality of room Descent space (much larger than typical Japanese standard). Good amenity including bathrobes, FREE minibar (beer, Japanese tea, bottled water etc.). Hotel is new; opened in 2020 and cleanness of room is excellent. Soundproof excellent. Toilet and bathtub is well separated and spacious. 2. Facilities Gym + Outside pool available. Only hotel in Kokusai-Dodri area which has such nice amenities. 3. Location Located in central Naha area (Kokusai Dori) with everything within walking distance ( Don Quixote, Starbucks etc.). No other hotel can beat this location!! I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfortable stay in downtown Naha.

For a Japanese hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean. I arrived half an hour before the checkin time as I had activities to follow, the front desk staff was really nice and found me and my family two cleaned up rooms and allowed me to check in a little ahead of time, this really helped us a lot. The hotel also gave us two welcome drinks per room at the bar on the top floor, which had a really nice view of Naha. The valet staff are also very considerate and got our car prepared at the times that I requested with no waiting. The breakfast was decent with ample supply. Overall I’m very satisfied with my stay and would certainly re-visit when I go to Naha next time.

Location is good, right next to Mono Rail and 7-11 Convenient Store. Cleanliness is decent, rooms are OK Size. But if You are a vegetarian then you don't have much options. Something I want to point out, Reception staff was helpful most of the times. Since we are vegetarian, they helped us in looking for the restaurant and locating them but once while from the room my son Called to ask for Salt they told him that the restaurant is closed, so can't get. When asked for Extra Face Towels it was told to come down and get it. It just happened once but 4 Star Hotel and this attitude makes me think if I want to book again! One bad behavior can dismiss the efforts of all the people who are working towards the common goal. Overall I would say it was decent stay mnius the food part!

Day 1 When driving to the hotel, it rained all day. Fortunately, there is a paid indoor parking space. The staff is very careful to mention that there is a free umbrella to use freely. The room is the largest one of the several hotels I have stayed in Okinawa. It is fully equipped and the washing machine is fast. The dryer has to operate 2 times to dry the clothes. If the counter also provides better laundry detergent, you can buy it according to the amount, because I bought at least a box of 6 bags in the convenience store. I don't know if it is raining and wet on the first day. When I open the air conditioner, there is a little smell regardless of the cold and warm air. I opened the terrace door to sleep that night. But when the air conditioner was turned on again in the evening, there was no smell. I think it was a special situation. When I got up in the morning, I heard a little noise. I think the staff was picking up the room, but it was not a big impact. Overall, this hotel has a high CP value and a quiet location. I didn’t rent a car again last day. It is just a short walk from the airport by monorail at ２ station and through the ion. This time I will arrive in the evening, so I dared to make this place to rent a car １ to shorten the day. The reason is that the rental car shop I am booking is nearby. Also, the accommodation fee is cheap because it is far from the center of Naha. There is a color 々 shop nearby for dinner, so there is no problem. Yes, it is important hotel information, but it is very new and very beautiful. It is not a big building, but there are a decent number of rooms. １ There is a free drink machine in the shop on the floor, and you can drink coffee and soft drinks freely at any time. As for future use, if there is no business in the international street or Matsuyama area, there is enough use again.

Yui Rail and Don Quixote are right in front. Kukje Street is also a short walk away. It's new so it's clean and the staff are very friendly. It was especially nice that there was a staff member who could communicate in Korean! Although the room size was not large, it was very good for a one-day stay. The view out the window is so nice The breakfast consisted of at least a few things that were readily available. It was nice to take a quick wash in the large public bath! Get off at Asahibashi Light Rail Station and walk for 10 minutes, rain or shine. The front desk is on the 4th floor, with clear directions throughout. No smoking in the building except for the smoking room in the back of the first floor. Because the trash can was small and overflowing everywhere, I pointed out through other accommodation sites, but was it improved? From now on, we hope that the color 々 will be improved while trying and error. The building is divided into female floors, male floors, and male floors.A list band with security function is required to enter a cabin or capsule accommodation area and a large bath. However, the toilet and powder room on the same floor as the accommodation area are outside the security restriction area, so it was troublesome to bring a wristband one by one when leaving the accommodation area. This means that if you are a malicious man, you can enter the ladies' floor toilet and powder room. I'm sorry that I didn't notice these problems at the design stage. I only described the negative side so far, but the transportation was good and the overall was clean, so I am generally satisfied. In Naha, there are few accommodations with large baths at low prices, so I think I will use it again.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. Whenever I travel to Okinawa, I stay here, exclusively and usually for two to three months at a time. The hotel is typical of a Hilton branded hotel; very nice and exceptionally clean. The staff is very professional and accommodating. The thing that sets them apart from the others is how friendly they are. They make you feel like you are coming home after a long day of work. It doesn't matter if you are speaking with a desk clerk, a house maid or the general manager; they are all wonderful. I am going back in about 10 days for another 2.5 months and I look forward to seeing all the wonderful people at Doubletree Naha! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Southern Okinawa. Great hotel at a budget price!

Because the family is not comfortable, I accidentally vomited in the corridor and notified the hotel staff. They also quickly helped clean and care about this stay. Triple room is very spacious. Two 29-inch suitcases + one 25-inch can be opened. No problem. The bathroom is big enough. The bath is not too narrow. There are also two pillows. One is softer and one is hard. You can choose your favorite lying next to the hotel. There are two super merchants. It takes less than a minute to walk. It’s very convenient to buy things. The soundproofing is not bad. 6 km / 15 min / 1470 yen by taxi from the airport. Although Naha itself is very built up so kind of just like any other nondescript Japanese city albeit with interesting vegetation, it's a convenient location with lots of food options. The condo itself is right next to a Shell gas station with an adjacent Family Mart. There are 3 apartments per floor at this rather new-looking 10-storey building and the reception is downstairs from 9 am -7 pm plus a number to call outside these hours, very courteous with badly translated English instructions. We stayed 10 nights and room was scheduled to be cleaned every 3 days. Room key also opens the door to trash/recycle area outside. Basically you get a 30 m2 studio apartment with a spacious balcony where you can see the ferry terminal and a bit of the ocean & a small dining space plus all the amenities, new and spotlessly clean with a washer/dryer & shower/bath tub. Everything you can probably think of is provided, including cooking utensils & a separate washlet toilet - even Netflix on TV! AC & WIFI work well although you can also get a SIM card at the airport vending machine to help you navigate the small streets with Google Maps: 4000 yen for 10 days unlimited data or 3500 yen for 1.2 GB over 30 days. Our double bed was comfy but quite narrow, barely any movement possible for 2 adults - manageable for us but definitely think twice if you're a bigger couple or maybe consider twin beds. Very quiet inside. Less than 15 minutes to walk to Kokusaidori 国際通り shopping street with loads of shops (24-hour Don Quijote + drugstores) & restaurants but also plenty of enticing eateries within a short walk from the condo スマートコンド泊. Naha Main Place mall サンエー那覇メインブレイス , which has Cinemas Q & Tokyu Hands + LUPICIA tea, is under 20 minutes on foot. Closest beach might be Naminoue Beach, 25 minutes on foot. It's just a 5-minute walk to Tomari Port ferry terminal とまりん where you can get to the Kerama Islands in 50 minutes (Zamami highly recommend) or Tokashiki Island in 35 minutes - best check JMA website for potential high wave warnings. About 10 minutes to walk to Miebashi monorail station to the airport or Shuri Castle. This condo is best if you're planning day trips to the surrounding islands and don't mind walking a bit to the main shopping areas. Buses are fairly convenient with stops written out in romaji/English. 40 minutes / 600-650 yen by bus to American Village from the port - lots of buses go by the stop out front. Chinese Didi app works for taxis too (70 yen per 365 m plus 560 yen for the initial 1.75 km; can pay by cash if no Chinese ID). If you are not driving, there's a Hip Hop Bus / Jumbo Tour office (M-F 9-6 or book online) 10 minutes away where you can book daytrips for under 6000 yen & the closest pickup spot is 'Okinawa Kariyushi Urban Resort Naha' 沖縄かりゆしアーバンリゾート・ナハ next to Tomarin, basically the same building, but pickup is actually closer to the park.
