Daiwa Roynet Hotel Naha Omoromachi

Naha City Centre Naha|0.58km from Shintoshin
I work at the front desk of an overseas hotel and write on the basis of my hotel management qualification. When I went to check in around 3:00, I heard that the room was not cleaned yet because of the limited number of rooms. In the first place, the room type with a small number is usually a suite room or a room with a different number of beds, and there are not many other options when such a thing occurs, so it will be cleaned up as soon as the customer checks out. It is a well-known and global standard in the hotel industry ... I thought it was possible to understand that the room was not cleaned up was possible in the high season, and I swallowed it, but it was a pity. What made me ”worst stay” was that the man who checked in at the front desk smiled half and I'm sorry 〜. I extended the word and said it without looking at my eyes. Oh, I was surprised that I was a good age and didn't know how to apologize. Also, since the next schedule was approaching, I asked my sister how long she could check in later. I already told the person (representative) (10 minutes ago), but he was told ... Oh, what is the service? I was in my twenties. I'm laughing. I'm sorry to call the elevator to the room just before, thank you for waiting, there are amenities here ... I wondered if I would say something, When I checked in without saying anything, I noticed that person disappeared. I thought it was a way to cut off the response to people who were clearly not satisfied, and I was very surprised at the hotel and his low humanity again. The front desk job may have been frustrating because it is a position where you receive a lot of complaints from customers, but when there is clearly something wrong with the hotel side, this response is no longer the same as the same as the same job. I was sorry. You should understand that his attitude is making the situation worse and feel that you should redirect. When I went to the room, there was a strange smell from the corridor in front of the room. It was already very smelly in front of the room, and when I opened the door of the room, the smell increased. Perhaps the guest the day before was eating something with garlic, which is a common situation, but as it takes 30 minutes to clean the room, I opened the window of the room for 30 minutes and aired. Refresher If you hang it, the basics will be fixed, and when I actually do it, the smell will subside. Also, I don't know the basics here, I don't get training because it's a high season, or I don't care much about the smell of housekeeping. The next morning, our representative only checked out and contacted the front desk staff that there were still people in the room around 8:30 in the morning. , About five minutes later, housekeeping seemed upset that we were in the room by ringing the chime of the room. ”Normal” (I don't know if you know ...) will only account for this and leave it on the system, or immediately send a message to housekeeping. By the way, as an aside, the day before 3: If it's a room that wasn't cleaned up at 00, I'll definitely not come until 11:00 the next morning as a late check-out, but if it's so complicated, they can't handle it. I was saying that there was no. It was a good place to be surprised ... right. The only positive thing is that the breakfast 々 was crowded and I worked politely and politely while I was busy. The meal was delicious. The scenery was beautiful and satisfying. However, overall, I wrote many times that I was surprised to say that I was removed from the important points so cleanly. I wouldn't write a review if I knew how to apologize, but to be honest, I still saw the point that Japan cannot be where the customer service is said to be wonderful in any country overseas. No. By the way, since I am an English speaker, I wrote a review here first in English and it became an error, and then there was Chinese in the language option, so I wrote it to Tekitou to save the words I knew. Even if you get it, it will be an error, and I don't know how closed the hotel is, and I don't know that it is an important existence related to inbound & outbound. I'm sorry anyway. However, I think we were unlucky because the reviews of other people are all good. However, it may have been a bad partner because it was a qualified company.

Smart Condo Tomari

Naha City Centre Naha|1km from Shintoshin
6 km / 15 min / 1470 yen by taxi from the airport. Although Naha itself is very built up so kind of just like any other nondescript Japanese city albeit with interesting vegetation, it's a convenient location with lots of food options. The condo itself is right next to a Shell gas station with an adjacent Family Mart. There are 3 apartments per floor at this rather new-looking 10-storey building and the reception is downstairs from 9 am -7 pm plus a number to call outside these hours, very courteous with badly translated English instructions. We stayed 10 nights and room was scheduled to be cleaned every 3 days. Room key also opens the door to trash/recycle area outside. Basically you get a 30 m2 studio apartment with a spacious balcony where you can see the ferry terminal and a bit of the ocean & a small dining space plus all the amenities, new and spotlessly clean with a washer/dryer & shower/bath tub. Everything you can probably think of is provided, including cooking utensils & a separate washlet toilet - even Netflix on TV! AC & WIFI work well although you can also get a SIM card at the airport vending machine to help you navigate the small streets with Google Maps: 4000 yen for 10 days unlimited data or 3500 yen for 1.2 GB over 30 days. Our double bed was comfy but quite narrow, barely any movement possible for 2 adults - manageable for us but definitely think twice if you're a bigger couple or maybe consider twin beds. Very quiet inside. Less than 15 minutes to walk to Kokusaidori 国際通り shopping street with loads of shops (24-hour Don Quijote + drugstores) & restaurants but also plenty of enticing eateries within a short walk from the condo スマートコンド泊. Naha Main Place mall サンエー那覇メインブレイス , which has Cinemas Q & Tokyu Hands + LUPICIA tea, is under 20 minutes on foot. Closest beach might be Naminoue Beach, 25 minutes on foot. It's just a 5-minute walk to Tomari Port ferry terminal とまりん where you can get to the Kerama Islands in 50 minutes (Zamami highly recommend) or Tokashiki Island in 35 minutes - best check JMA website for potential high wave warnings. About 10 minutes to walk to Miebashi monorail station to the airport or Shuri Castle. This condo is best if you're planning day trips to the surrounding islands and don't mind walking a bit to the main shopping areas. Buses are fairly convenient with stops written out in romaji/English. 40 minutes / 600-650 yen by bus to American Village from the port - lots of buses go by the stop out front. Chinese Didi app works for taxis too (70 yen per 365 m plus 560 yen for the initial 1.75 km; can pay by cash if no Chinese ID). If you are not driving, there's a Hip Hop Bus / Jumbo Tour office (M-F 9-6 or book online) 10 minutes away where you can book daytrips for under 6000 yen & the closest pickup spot is 'Okinawa Kariyushi Urban Resort Naha' 沖縄かりゆしアーバンリゾート・ナハ next to Tomarin, basically the same building, but pickup is actually closer to the park.

Super Hotel Naha Shintoshin

It is quiet because it is about 5 minutes walk from Omoromachi Station and a little far from the big street. There is 7-11 or Lawson (opposite direction) in about 2 minutes from the convenience store. It is a little more Okinawa-style appearance than other super hotels. The room password number, toothbrush return, wi-fi, pillow, etc. are the same as other stores. I feel that breakfast is a little less (I think this can be said in general in the super hotel) There are jushi and goya champoo and it is conscious that it is Okinawa. The room is never large, but it is clean and the suitcase can be managed to spread, so there is no problem. However, the shower curtain is a little small (especially in the left and right directions) so the shower is a little concerned.

Japanese-style hotel, the service is very standard, the room style is a little old, the location is good, you can walk to the international pass, a little far. About 15 minutes, but very close to the dfs duty-free shop, about 5 minutes walking distance, there are shopping malls and drug stores along the street

It is a very unique hotel. There are a large number of comics on the ground floor and in the corridors on each floor for guests to borrow. Drinks, pasta, bread, popcorn, etc. are also provided to guests. The rooms are designed to make the best use of the space. It is in the form of an upper and lower bunk bed, and the lower floor is used as a toilet and shower room. In a space of less than ten square meters, everything is missing. Although the majong is small, it is fully equipped with air conditioners, TVs, refrigerators, tables and chairs, which is a Japanese hotel. The shortcoming is the design of the toilet, which is often not humanized enough to provide enough space. The nearby environment is also convenient. There are two convenience stores at the intersection, a shopping mall with a parking lot not far away, and a large pa*****o center in a building less than 200 meters from the hotel. The service staff is very friendly and will offer assistance. There are also shared bicycles outside the hotel for daily rental.

I always use it when I come to Okinawa (Naha). It's the first time in eight years. This time, the stop at the transit was short and the stay time in Okinawa was short, but the station was close and the convenience store that had not been before was also nearby. Next to the family, there is a duty-free store gallery in front, and I used to rent a car from here and move to Okinawa.

I stayed with a friend but I made a separate room by one person. It is ok even for a car rental, and there is a three-dimensional parking lot, so it is safe there. It was 500 yen per night for a car. I didn't eat breakfast, but it must be the same as other Toyoko inn ‥? I think it is quite good to buy souvenirs at the supermarket because there is a shopping mall nearby.
