The experience was bad as the hotel was very far from mall road and it was very unpleasant experience to be there and it was very unhygienic. I will give zero rating

Room was not clean. Service was also very poor. False information given by property that it is a minute away from mall road.

Pleasant stay. Hopefully for next time will opt to stay. Staffs well behaved location is perfect as it connects well with places to visit near by

- breakfast was good - There was parking provided - good hot water shower - Not what is advertised - Only 1 towel provided in room. Had to request for another. - There was a spider in my bathroom - Room had totally zero view. Apparently you need to request for a balcony only then u get a view. - No laundry service as advertised - Access to the property is a nitemate - bedding was not clean

Wooden floor was broken, rats were there in room, no landline, hotel staff were drinking in pantry front of my rooms, rooms were unhygienic didn’t expected mm t to enroll such low std hotels in their portal has been using since years and had all bookings from mm t even my honeymoon was from mm t but first time disappointed with quality and safety of hotel

First of all, the information regarding the hotel is misleading. It shows lake view rooms and their rates, which led us to book them. However, upon arrival, we were informed that our rooms only had a view of four walls, not the lake. The road to the hotel is steep, narrow, congested, and unlit, making it difficult to reach. The hotel name board is very small and hard to locate. Our room was near the kitchen and wash area, which had foul smells. The pillows were extremely filthy, and the bathroom door, bucket, floor, and wall tiles were un-cleaned and unhygienic. The only positive aspect was the polite and well-mannered staff.

it was terrible as room was dimly lit.... charges are very high as there is no restaurant. support staff was also very rude. at night there was no water in taps and we have to call the manager at 3 a m about it. the stay is quite far from mall road and we had to pay extra to can drivers to come down on mall road

One or 2 rooms are good.The location says mall road but its uphill climb of 1.5 km. 200 to be spent each time to reach from mall road.The cook was good and served homelike meals.Rooms are also not upto the mark but not bad either.

Hotel was at high location.. if you have booked this hotel.. do not try to do tracking to reach the hotel.. always rent a vehicle or cab. Overall experience was very good. 👍🏻

Balcony view is top notch. You can sit for day. Naina devi temple is visible from hotel and temple bells are clearly audible. Serene, calm place. Service is good. Staff is friendly.

The staff was rude and the rooms were in the worst condition as far as hygiene is concerned. The entire trip has been ruined due to the hotel experience
