I can't rate the Mulberry hut highly enough! I am a clean freak, and it is the first place in years that we have stayed that is actually clean!!! Sue does an amazing job in her presentation and hospitality. We even got a little visit from the Easter bunny 🐰 . The gorgeous breakfast and snack treats Sue supplied with the hut were amazing 👏 🤩 we will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Went for 2night 3 days to Banyan Retreat.Will surely recommend this property for friends n family for staycations n weddings.Booked 6 banyan cottages,very spacious neat,aesthetic,hygenic. Welcomed with refreshing drinks,staff was very cordial,every request was taken care of,kids had grt time in both outdoor n indoor play areas,enjoyed zip lining n other activities. Beautiful property, well trained staff,superb hospitality,delicious buffet,wow experience.. Thankyou Puran Sir for arranging Safari on short notice. Special thanks to Brijesh Sir,Sumit Sir,Khushi Mam n Pradeep Sir for making our trip so memorable. Regards

We had a team outing during the weekend of 27-29 September 2024. We booked around 70 rooms for all team members. Resort is old and lots of construction work is going around. We were allocated PILKHAN1 and PILKHAN2, Rooms were spacious but the big turndown was the sewage smell in the bathrooms for both the rooms. When the complaint was raised they put a diffuser to eliminate odour but that was unsuccessful. Food was tasteless and needs lots of improvement. Though the employees present there were doing everything in their power to improve services but seems the owners has put this resort in a self drive mode with no or little attention to the huge improvement that this place is looking for. For future I would avoid this resort.

Had an amazing experience of staycation at Banyan retreat resort jim Corbett. The staff is really cooperative, room are so comfortable and cozy. Resort is so beautiful with greenery all over . Enjoyed so many activities like zip line, sky cycling and indoor games as well. Worth visiting with family to relax.
