Simply superb destination place to stay .... The hotel is one of the finest hotels in Nainital. Very nicely maintained and simply amazing stay experience. All rooms were furnished with all the modern day amenities, Excellent hospitality with exceptional services for each of its guests.

Excellent Property with picturesque views. Staff were courteous and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food menu was also decent. Hotel provides complimentary drop and pick up to the mall road ***** Naini Lake which is a big convenience considering location of the property.

Value for money - very poor. Thogh the ***agement claims it to be a five star proporty, the rooms are very small. House keeping is very poor. Even the wasrooms are cleaned on alternative days. Vaccum Cleaning of rooms is doneonly once a week. Housekeeping staff does not wear dress. One has to request for toiletries as they are supplied only if asked for. One has to be careful, when luggage is shifted, lest the wheels might get damaged. Lip service by the top ***agement is their USP without actually giving any service. The only good thing is their dining hall. The chefs take care of the guests. Spread is good.

Thank u for a such a Amazing hospitality and comfort right from Rohit at the welcome to the executive chef Parihar Everything was amazing and awesome food and spacious rooms with splendid High Tea and excellent Spread of dinner and Breakfast Love the people and the staff was so cooperating and helpful and amazing view and service Thank u Naini Retreat Nainital will visit again soon.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Naini Retreat. A special mention goes to Ms Lak****a Negi, whose impeccable care and attention were a true highlight. She looked after all of us, especially the female members of our group, with remarkable grace and attentiveness. Our experience was nothing short of extraordinary & truly unforgettable.

The hotel is exquisite, the staff, the food, the accommodation, everything adds up and makes a perfect stay. The food is fit for all tastes and the view is breathtaking. A must visit and worth every penny. P.S: Mall road is walking from the resort.

A luxury Hotel in the middle of beautiful Nainital Hills.We took Duplex room and it was quite well maintained.The property is big and gives a fantastic view of Nainital Lake.The property offers different room categories,bar,live music in evening *****side bonfire and during breakfast a gentle*** playing soothing flute.Top of cherry is complimentary shuttle service to and from Mall road.Special mention to lovely staff ,right from Leader,General ***ager,Mr D S Jeene to Front Office ***ager,Mr Rohit Bisht.They are always approachable and make sure guests are comfortable .My family loved this property, and we intend to come here again.Highly recommend others. Just a tip for elderly people-there are lot of stairs right from parking to reception and further to rooms.

We checked in today that is 31st march 2024 and after enquiry regarding the services we have been told that the shuttle service is available from hotel to mall road from morning to 8pm in the evening . After roaming we came back to the boarding point at 7.35pm for the pick up and till 8.10pm no shuttle came for the pick up and when we called hotel then no responsive reply was provided and even on complaining at the reception , the executive was least bothered on our feedback regarding the experience . Might be its 5 star but services are not even upto 3 star standards . Very poor response from the staff . Highly unprofessional .

The property, the service and the food all excellent. The rooms were adequately heated despite it being sub-zero in the nights. The view of the lake from the deck is breathtaking. A lovely live music night was the highlight of the evening. Anytime we are back in Nainital, we are sure to stay here again.
