I booked two apartments for my family , I arriver after 3:00pm and rooms weren’t ready more than 40 min waiting in loopy  with kids after very long trip . The  apartments were without AC, I booked for half board but food service is not much expectation especially the buffet as 5 star hotel and service was slow.  However, the place is so quiet and secure

The staff are wonderful, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The location is next to the mall, and there's a great restaurant upstairs.

Every thing was excellent except the security system is positioned in an inconvenient location. You have to get in and out of the car etc

Pros: Clean and spacious rooms. Cheerful & supportive staff. Very secured facility. Spa service & team is perfect. Cons: slightly out-dated facilities Also restaurant food is average. My openion: Low value for money.

It was a comfortable stay with good service. Food was good. As im a tourist from overseas, not sure if my diarrhoea was from the dinner/breakfast here or it was from not being used to the food/food from the previous place. Nonetheless, enjoyed my stay. My partner did not get diarrhoea so am not too concerned that it is the hygiene of this place. Everything looked good with good security

The building is old, but it was clean and there were no problems. The location is very convenient and the gym has a nice view.

The location is close to a large shopping mall. There are also famous restaurants, exchange shops, etc. nearby, which is very convenient. The security is tight and it is very safe.
