It was an enjoyable stay. Nice rooms, great food and conference facilities as well. Had the pleasure of being waited upon by Eric during dinner, excellent guy. It was a memorable dinner for us all. Great walking trails complete with monkeys watching golf

I had 5 nights here for a meeting, and really enjoyed the stay. It is a sprawling complex, and the room was equally spacious. Whilst dated, it was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was decent, with a good selection of dishes, and there were a few places to enjoy dinner and drinks in the evening. The gym was well equipped, and in addition to the golf course, you had a nice jogging track on the property. A very peaceful, tranquil property.

We attended a friend's wedding in Nairobi. Windsor is a very nice place. We were able to play golf and jog in the forest. Food was okay, the tree restaurant serves better food. Room service was quick and waiters were friendly. Rooms need to be updated though. Showers are old. You may have to consider switching off music before 11pm. Our room was close to the pool and the music was loud at night.

Very dated rooms. They look like they haven’t been updated in 40 years. No air in the room. Needed a fan to make it habitable. Tv operations are a mess . Food isn’t up to par. Location is quite a distance out of town and away from primary sights and destinations.

I stayed at the Hotel from September 9 to September 19, 2024. It was a fantastic stay to say the least. The quality of food was excellent and so was the service. Room service was a bit slow but that is quite understandable because of the rooms locations which are spread around the Golf Course like a crescent . The reception staff is courtious and I would like to mention one staff receptionist particularly, Ms. Purity who had always been helpful whenever needed paricularly regarding guests from abroad. I highly recommend everyone to stay at Windsor Golf Hotel & Resort whenever in Nairobi, Kenya. Saleem- Pakistan

I come here for business, a few days twice a year. This time was no exception - excellent service, very polite staff, very accommodating in terms of any requests made, and above all, FRIENDLY The setting is impressive (and even though I don't play golf I can see the attraction) Really well placed for a visit to Nairobi too

It is a lovely place with lovely staff.The terrace is very good for breakfast and The place is good for a sundowner.If you have a conference, Windsor is definately the place to be.Golfing enthusiast? Their green is unmatched. Absolute five star standards in every way.

Came for breakfast, quality of food and service is to say the least delusional bad quality slow service . Sat for long with out being served had to wave someone down to take my order The food - breakfast took a long time and when it came all mixed up. Positively the waitress was kind and open to feedback

Amazing grounds and delicious food. A truly hidden Gem. Very friendly staff Lucy Wangari at reception received us with a smile and nothing was too much for her. Mary at the Luch restaurant was always smiles and helpful. Breakfast was not complete without the warm welcome by Lucy. A definite try again place for me. The Hotel manager was so approachable and friendly!!

The hotel and staff were amazing. They exceeded our expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean, large and outfitted. The grounds were well maintained and staff brilliant. The breakfasts were exceptional, and we could not have found a better place to stay. We will definitely be back!

The place is out of this world , great experience good place to feel that you ate in africa but full of perks. The place seems magical come for the safari experience leave in love with the place i tecomended for all levels of novice to experienced safari westerner

I was the spouse on my husband’s 5 day conference. Have had 4 terrific nights so far. The food is very good-had a wonderful roasted beet mango salad poolside for a light lunch. Excellent breakfast buffet including barista pulled coffee, Indian food and an omelet chef. The staff are gracious and welcoming-we had a violent windstorm that brought down many big trees in the city and on the hotel grounds. The 5 km walking trail had some debris but we managed. Some good birding, too! The only downside is the distance from the center of town-with traffic it can be an hour or more in to town. We were in a studio on top floor.

I was attending an event arranged at the hotel and it served that purpose very well. The rooms are somewhat outdated and I was missing for example a reading light and some more electricity outlets but overall the experience was good. The jogging track is a really nice feature, allowing a nice moment in the nature before the day begins!
