Front desk is crazy and since from start of check in and till checkout they have mess very well and this brand hotel start behaving like 2 star hotel reception or front desk people is useless don’t have words to speak anything

My stay at Sheraton Nairobi Hurlingham was great. Distance to the airport was a big factor in choosing this location. Both restaurants in this hotel were amazing. I personally recommend the Chicken Swahili dish at Pablos. A special mention to a staff from the hotel, Wilson. He was extremely kind and professional and made our stay a memorable one.

The option they provided us was a hotel with a price of around 400 per room, which was far different from the price of the hotel we booked. We disagreed, and we asked to change to a hotel with a similar price, but they still couldn't coordinate. Finally, at around 5pm, they coordinated two rooms in their own hotel for me.
