Reviews of Nairobi Serena Hotel

This hotel really has the best and most helpful staff. They made my stay feel special every day, their fantastic work and attitude elevated the experience. The hotel is also good with great facilities etc but the human touch made everything more special.

This urban hotel is very well located and has all the amenities, including a very pleasant pool and a splendid breakfast. Highly recommended.

Good, clean and hygienic.

A very good hotel, with attention to detail in every aspect, especially in terms of security.

The hotel has a nice environment and excellent security, with security guards and large dogs on duty at the entrance. The Thai restaurant is quite good, and the breakfast selection is plentiful. The avocados are much larger than those in China, and the grilled vegetables are also delicious. I usually spend some time downstairs having a drink and relaxing for a while every day.

Very comfortable hotel to stay in. The security check at the entrance is very strict and the sense of security is good. The front desk service is warm and meticulous. There are many breakfast styles. The dinner price is OK and the taste is good.
