Good location , nice hotel with a vintage vibe

It’s old but still is nice and very nice team

We stayed here twice. Safe, secure, terrific staff, close to Naivas supermarket, food hall upstairs and City Market. There are two eateries in the hotel as well. The breakfast buffet is superb! Every day has variety. The restaurant/bar is a bit hit or miss with the food quality, and their discount program is a bit confused. They claimed we couldn’t participate because we didn’t book our room directly with the hotel but the website says you don’t even have to be a hotel patron to gain restaurant discounts. Either way, rooms were large, comfortable and balcony was lovely. The bathrooms are very tired but other amenities, like the pool and gym, were lovely. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.

Location is good, only we expect more on cleanliness, maybe because this hotel is old already. Still have space for improvement 😛

If you want to enjoy better services at a lower price, you are welcome to come here. There is a free fitness room and sauna. The price is more reasonable compared to other four-star hotels, and the breakfast is very delicious. I strongly recommend choosing this place.

Its a old facility but it has maintained most of the things. It worth the amount paid.

Pretty good! While the facilities are a bit outdated, the price reflects that, and the front desk staff spoke excellent English.

The hotel needs refurbishment. Otherwise it was clean, the service was excellent, the waiters were thoughtful, Violet at the reception desk was also very kind and helpful

Updated building in need of a remodel, tried to charge $23.00 for breakfast alone.  Bathroom in room was not good, small tv in the living area without Netflix or YouTube.  They need a remodel

WiFi signal weak. Hard to work. Super friendly staff!

This place is near where I am visiting. Service is good and is clean.
