I love the grounds and the rooms. The lush vegetation, singing birds, walking trail and the staff who were friendly and professional, and quickly respond to guests with their electric carts to take them to their desired destination.

Beautiful resort! Welcoming staff. Saw some hippopotamus. I recommend take a boat tour of the lake. If you are in Naivasha, it’s a must stay place. The rooms are spacious. Multiple showers in the rooms. Especially loved the out door shower!

Excellent service, beautiful and well maintained amenities. The food is also really good. The staff are clearly well trained in customer service as they are respectful, caring and very responsive to your needs. Worth every shilling paid.

On behalf of my wife and children, the experience was heavenly, service at dining area was topnotch and the foot was always mouth-watering, rooms were very clean, and cleaning on the following day was done on time. The only area to improve is, the lighting sockets are not properly configured. The downlighters directly on top of the bed should be switched off from the bedside switches without affecting lighting in the entire room. As it is right now, if you want some level of light, you have to walk to the switches close to the room's balcony. The master switch at the main entrance switches everything off similar to the bedside switch. I promise to visit again over the dry season.

We stayed at Enashipai for one night and loved the experience. Our room, one on the fountain side, was beautiful. We got a room on the ground floor but would like to try a room on the first floor the next time. The staff were all great - from hostesses in the restaurant, Joseph (who served us), Anthony (the manager on duty), Isaiah (housekeeping), to Joseph (the boat pilot). The highlights for our son were the playroom, the swimming pool, and the boat ride! We also loved the marked walking trail. All in all, our son’s tearful goodbye to the hotel sums up the great stay. Thanks for the elephant curving gift to our son!

We stayed 2 nights at the Enashipai and had a wonderful time. Our room was beautiful, the food was very good, the setting gorgeous. But what we will remember most is the people. From the moment we stepped out of our car, we were welcomed and treated like royalty. Our waiter and room attendant Timothy was wonderful, attentive and a very hard worker. He even did our laundry! I asked if I could take him home with me… We were given metal water bottles with our names on it to use for fresh water, a very nice touch and we’ve continued to use the bottles as we toured other parts of Kenya. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or spa but the facilities were lovely. We did have a nice tour of the vegetable garden which was quite impressive. I would definitely return to Enashipai and recommend it without reservation.
