Location is a bit away from the town center. But if you have a car it’s okay. Breakfast is good with sufficient variety for everyone. Access to the Mekong River is great. Access road to the rear parking spaces is narrow and quite challenging.

The room was clean and the atmosphere was nice. There was no traffic, and it was quite peaceful, not as crowded as in the city. It was incredibly good value for money. Overall, it was great! If I get a chance to visit again, I'll definitely book here. (However, because I went during New Year's, I heard quite a lot of noise from outside the room. It might not be suitable for light sleepers because the soundproofing isn't great. I could hear noises from the community outside, like kids playing with firecrackers, which were quite loud, and also knocking on doors from other rooms.)

Guest UserDidn't know that my booking has to be only second floor, I normally stay at the river hotel which I don't have to pay for higher floor and of cuz it has nicer views. Since I want to try staying in alternative places cuz I plan myself to visit nakhon panom every January for better whether so I find myself not happy with this.
Might go back to the river hotel next time. The good thing is all staff are very nice and attentive. The hotel location is quite away from centre you better drive to stay here, 12-15mins drive to town.

Review: The accommodation is clean, a little far from the city center but less than a 5-minute drive. Not bad. Clean, safe, with key card access, elevator, and plenty of parking. The air conditioning is comfortably cool. However, the room is noisy; you can hear the people in the next room, the bed creaking, and the electrical outlets being directly above your head when they plug something in. The room isn't very soundproof, so you can hear outside noises. But one thing I was very impressed with was the incredibly soft bed! 100/100.
Okay, there's a hairdryer.

The room has cobwebs in the corners of the room. The toilet bowl has yellow stains that probably can't be washed off. And unfortunately, there is no water heater. The staff informed us that the rooms on the second floor of the resort do not have water heaters. This is the nightmare that we visited in December.

Guest UserThe hotel blasted recorded music in the outside common area from 7 pm until 10 pm every night during my 3-day stay. The music was so loud I couldn't sleep, hear the TV, or even have a conversation. It sounded like there is a live band playing on the balcony outside my room (and my room was on the 5th floor at the far end of the hotel). The breakfast was so bad that I skipped it the last two days of my stay( despite having paid for it). Finally, the bed was so hard it felt like I was lying on a marble slab. All in all, an unexpectedly disappointing experience! I will say, however, that the hotel staff was polite, professional, and kind (as is typical in Thailand).
