Start to the end my family and I had amazing experience. To start with the Staff were great. Waithera was efficient she really helped me when I was booking the hotel by timely responding to my emails and she explained why I should specifically visit Lake Nakuru and am glad we did. On our game drive we saw both black and white Rhinos among other animals . Our son really enjoyed the Horse riding. In the night we could hear the Lions roar . The back of our room was a big glass sliding doors which during the day you could open and sit outside as you watch animals . There was many tasty food choices on offer. The fact that the hotel is located in the park made it all for us. The main Bar and the Swimming pool were the best coz they face the park so you could see animals as you chill. If you want out of the city hassle this is a must place for you.

Spectacular services,private lawns for the new years gala dinner was amazing. Breakfast is excellent,fresh and lovingly prepared. Donald,Doreen,mercy ,Elizabeth and the entire staff gave the best service that went into our stay. We loved every minute and look forward to coming back one day!

It was a great pleasure to stayat Eldorado Rustic Hotel in Nakuru. Staff was super friendly and helpfully, especially manager Mrs Lizz.It on the doorstep of Nakuru national park. Lizz orgenized for me great man David who showed me Nakuru park, we have seen all animals! I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I stayed here recently and had an amazing experience. The grounds and facilities are lovely, the food was terrific, and the staff went out of their way to insure we had everything we needed. Our room was well-appointed with a comfy bed, extra pillows, toiletries, ample storage, and a sitting area. The meals were all buffet style and all the food we tried was fresh and delicious. We especially liked the live music in the dining room during lunch and dinner. I learned from one of the chefs that much of the produce is grown on-site in their farm to table garden. We really enjoyed watching the many types of birds who gather on the grounds at feeding time. A very nice surprise/bonus at this lodge. Another nice surprise was a staff member playing pool with my husband while I had a swim. The welcoming staff made us feel like family rather than guests. We highly recommend Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge!

Pros: The room is very clean and the waiters are very welcoming. The security in the hotel is very good. There are security guards on duty at the entrance of the two buildings for 24 hours. But the street is not necessarily safe. Buy something in a small shop nearby. The security guard will accompany you with great enthusiasm. The network speed is about 200k/s, and the signal strength is OK. Breakfast is very rich. Disadvantages: The hotel is old, with two new and old buildings, but they are almost ten years old, just across the street. The room is small, there is no desk to work, but the hall is very spacious, so many tables are free to use.
