Amazing place, very friendly host and staff. Good food and warm beds, and hot water in the shower. I'm very happy I chose this hotel.

We thought this was an upscale tea house from all the others that we stayed in. Clean, friendly, hot showers in our own room, electric blankets, free WiFi in dining area. Beautiful view of Namche from here!

Best lodge we stayed in beautiful warm restaurant with fantastic views of surrounding mountains and waterfalls. 10 minutes walk down to main town , Namche Bazar . Hot water and shower. Bedrooms are very clean with heated blankets on beds. All in all excellent experience. Highly recommended

We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Namche Bazaar! Mingma was amazing—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His mother’s hospitality was truly heartwarming; she treated us like family and made the experience feel so personal and special. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The heated bed was a game changer after long, chilly days of trekking, and having a reliable hot shower at this altitude felt like pure luxury. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable stay. A special shoutout to our guide, Tula Dai, who was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and a joy to trek with. Highly recommend staying here if you’re passing through Namche. It felt like a home away from home.

This was the best tea house we stayed during our entire trip to EBC. Owner himself is involved in day to day running and staff is super courteous and professional. The food quality and variety is awesome. We requested rooms with heated mattresses and what a difference it was. Well done and keep up the good work.

Hotel Panorama isn't just a place to stay - it was an integral part of our EBC experience. The owner, Mingma dai, went above and beyond, helping plan our entire trek and providing invaluable local insights. His warm hospitality made us feel like family rather than guests. From the delicious pizza with fresh toppings to the impressive breakfast spread with crispy bacon and artfully prepared coffee, the food was exceptional. The cozy wooden interior creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a long trek, while the immaculate maintenance and attention to detail throughout the property showcase their commitment to guest comfort. My description: Personal, comfortable and with high hospitality. This hotel was so nice that we visited it again when returning to Namche Bazar at the end or our hike. Afger a long three passes treck the nice facilities and confortable room were very welcome. But most off all: Mingma and his staff made us feel welcome and at home with their warm service and personal approach. Two examples: first he had very good advice to add to our trekking locals favourite trails to avoid crowds. Second, when we came back from a long dusty trek, a piece of carrot cake and local Rice cake were waiting for us to celebrate our return. Thank you Mingma and staff!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Panorama lodge in Namche Bazar, Nepal! The lodge exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the Himalayas. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming (especially Arjun, who was way too sweet to help us), making us feel right at home [Thank you Amma and Mingma] . The food was delicious and plentiful, and the hot showers in the room were a lovely treat after a long day of trekking. The lodge's atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a lovely fireplace and comfortable common areas. We felt so well taken care of and relaxed during our stay. Thank you to the entire team at Panaromia for making our time in Namche Bazar so special. We can't wait to return some day!

We booked because of the good reviews and the hot showers. We were not disappointed at all! Panorama is great with the genuinely friendly and helpful service of Mingna. Would book again in a heartbeat.
