For some reason I’ve gotten charged 50 bucks 2 times on my debit after the paying 137. For a room that wasn’t the best at all! The ac wasn’t working properly, humidity in the room and tile floor made it a skating rink! The smell wasn’t great either. Didn’t say anything because it was for one nights sleep. Won’t use this hotel again though!

Breakfast was horrible, food not cooked all the way. Friendly staff and good location to St.Louis. There is very restaurants at this exit for a good meal.

I had taken out the extra insurance in case an illness happened, and we had to leave early. We were still charged for Saturday even though my sister was in so much pain that we had to leave.

Booked this room based on reviews of cleanliness, but they must have been speaking of another hotel. The dresser and side tables had dried up stuff on them, the blankets on one bed had a big, brown stain, towels were stained and the restroom was moldy with rust all over the drains and the tub. I don’t think the room had been used in a while because when we started using the bathroom sink, a sewage smell started coming out of the drain. The smell did resolve on its own and I just wiped everything down myself. The bed was very uncomfortable and was collapsing in one side, making it hard to sleep. I had to fold my pillow in half it was so flat. While all of this was frustrating, it did not compare to the attitude I received when asking for an extra pillow from the front desk for the 2nd night of our stay. I was asked to clarify my request, was told I already had 3 on the bed and that they don’t have extra pillows. I informed her I knew what I had, but the pillows were horrible. She came back and informed me she could only find one. I would not recommend staying, go to any of the other 4 hotels on the same road.

The staff I encountered were friendly and very helpful. However, there were dirty towels in the restroom, the remote to the tv did not work and i soptted a bedbug on one of the beds in the room.

They didnt say that they dont except cash app at all even if you book through ******* at all ..and the front desk person was hell rude when i was trying to explain that they should put that on thier website cause the other hotels that are the same took our cash app in Utah and California with no problems at all but when i tryed to do it there they simply turned us down and told us that we has to call you guys to get our money back since we couldnt stay there..so yeah i wouldn't want to stay here at all if they was like that ..

Very nice staff clean hotel and very quiet. We we also felt very safe being right across from police station as well!
