"The gentleman that checked me in was friendly and calm!  The whole system went down just as he started to get my reservation info.  He was apologetic about it but I had no issue with it, as systems are not fail proof. The breakfast was good, link sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, fresh fruit, muffins, yogurt and three choices of fruit juice cocktails.  Would rather have had just fruit juice, but people tend to drink it like there’s no tomorrow so I understand using a less expensive alternative. The woman that prepared the breakfast checked it often to keep everything full."

My husband went to speak to the desk and the gal working did nothing and just said we must not have shut the door. Maybe I could get on board with that except why would the TV be on?!?!"
