I lived in at more than 2 o'clock this afternoon and there was no air conditioning. I asked the front desk that it would be better. Until now, there is no air conditioning at 9 o'clock. 2020年的洗髮水沐浴露保質期兩年現在23年12月過期了一年整，用了導致皮膚過敏，經理説的帶去看皮膚，結果也沒有，看皮膚的醫葯費也不給，本來就是你們酒店給客户用過期洗髮沐浴露錯在先，説話態度高傲的很，經理了不起嗎？幹服務的這態度也是服了，就你這態度也能當經理

衞生：浴室內有頭髮 洗臉盆內有牙膏印沒洗掉
環境: 住在6樓 晚上ktv咚咚咚炒的完全不能入睡
服務：出門忘記帶房卡 前台根本找不到人 電話沒人接 走樓梯上去應該是走錯了了樓層走到了5樓 裏面有一個不知道是阿姨的還是酒店的領班 一見到我就各種詢問 還讓我趕快下去 按着電梯一直攆我走 就差一層不讓我走樓梯 還一直用對講機通知不知道是什麼人説我賴在這裏不走 真的太可氣了
設施：兩瓶免費的礦泉水放在衞生間裏面 不知道怎麼想的 你不如直接不要放
本人從來沒寫過差評 但是真的很生氣 入住不到2個小時實在受不了就退房走了 去這家酒店的謹慎選擇吧
