Eastern Five Continents Hotel

I already gave a fairly detailed review of this hotel in my previous comment. Every time I come to Shuitou, I still choose to stay here. It's excellent in every way!

The hotel rooms were too old, with mold and aging in many places, and the service attitude of the front desk staff was extremely poor. The platform indicated that the payment would be automatically deducted after check-out, but the front desk insisted on a 300 yuan deposit, which was unreasonable. There was nothing in the room, and I don't understand why a deposit was required.

I booked this hotel for someone on a business trip for my company. The price was good, the hotel environment was nice, and according to my colleague, it was surprisingly spacious and clean. It was good value for money.

The facilities are good. It is clean. The breakfast is decent. However, the noise from the KTB on the 4th floor is too loud. Also, regarding the taxi calling service, it was fine one day, but it was bad again the next.

The lobby was spacious and grand, and the newly renovated deluxe king room was clean and tidy with comfortable bedding; the children slept soundly. The facilities were also new and well-equipped, fully meeting the needs of family travel. - Hygiene and Service: Overall, we were satisfied with the hygiene, but a few more improvements in the details would have made it even more perfect. The service was also very attentive; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and they responded promptly to any needs, making it very friendly to families with children. - Family-Friendliness: As a family trip, the hotel's location and environment were very suitable. It was convenient for getting around, and the interior space was ample for children to play, making it a great stay.
