對於一位7點得起來的考試的考生，樓下ktv唱到4點多，一晚上沒睡，你還會住這嗎？真的無語透了，反饋前台根本無效，反而很大聲！10點想着還早不能這麼早反饋！到了12點撥通第一個前台説沒辦法，到了1點多2點前台説幫我跟經理説一下，安靜了一分鐘，立馬開到最大聲…將近5點才睡着…………房間還有蚊子！

5樓就是ktv，晚上12點多住在6樓能清晰聽到歌詞，環繞立體那種，如果不介意的話可以入住
前後打了4個電話，多次説處理，後面催促終於換了房，換到7樓，折騰到1點了，歌聲確實沒這麼嘹亮了，但是房間的鐵鏈拴是斷的
總結：整晚沒怎麼睡

凌晨兩點含淚點評：豪華單人間！！！房間臟亂差就不説了，窗户居然關不了關不了，空調外機嗡嗡嗡的響，KTV大哥引吭高歌。房間🦟蚊子太多太多了，360度環繞叮咬，留個嘴巴在外面都要咬，完全別想睡着，唉！出差住過最最最差的房間！！！不行了，開始打蚊子🦟🦟🦟🦟！

本訂25-26號一間房，下午出門買點東西回酒店發現不能開門到前台刷卡，前台服務員竟問我是要退房？我説我訂的是25-26號的，前台工作人員態度極其囂張説我來早了就是25號要退房，我問為什麼開房的時候不告知我，前台服務員説我沒問 她幹嘛要説那麼多！首先是前台的工作失誤，其次前台的態度就不是要解決問題的態度。再後員工工作失誤還要讓客人來買單嗎？從未見過如此態度的服務工作者，也不知是否因為我是女生就這種態度，望商家重視一下！
