衞生簡直有點離譜，上去的時候廁所又臟又臭還有不明液體；被子發黴發黃不知道衞生檢查是怎麼做到；廁所門把手也是壞的，除了樓下是海灘沒有吸引人的，反正下次是不會來了；建議各位入住的時候檢查一下衞生真的很可怕

1.因為晚上到的沒停車位了吧，然後外面停車位也滿了不讓進，後麪店家帶路到對面派出所停車，倒沒被貼牛肉乾，衹是後視鏡被颳了；2.本來訂的海景房想看海和日出，但是海呢衹能看到一部分，日出完全看不到 正東方有房子遮住；3.設施是真的一般，就在香湖灣樓上 看外表還可以，衹不過設施真的還不如鄉村賓館，衣櫃臟有味道、燒水壺生銹等

訂了2間海景雙，居然不在同一樓層，兩家人需要走兩層樓梯才能碰面。原來這裏的公寓同一類型的房間每層衹有一間，如果想在同一樓層，那衹能換房型，但是看了下同一樓層的房型，比較差，所以還是要回原來的房型算了，多走兩層樓吧要碰面的話。房間比較舊，牆紙都發黴脱落了。房間比較小，這裏寫48平方，實際可能衹有35平方。蟑螂很多，晚上在牆紙裏裡外外爬，發出響聲。

前台比較難找，需要打電話給店家，店家會告訴你怎麼到，房間離海灘很近，吃的也很方便，樓下都是店，屬於青澳市中心位置了，房間就能看見海，停車早的話很方便但是要付錢，晚上車位就比較緊張了，我們車子晚上回來就沒車位了，衹有停在比較遠的路上了，整體房間這個價格這個位置還是很滿意的
