Room: Rooms without balconies are fairly large, and those with balconies are probably included in the size of the room. The room is about the same size as the toilet. The air conditioner in the room is broken, and the phone can’t make room service calls at all. I told the front desk and the cleaning staff that the air conditioner is not good, and told them that if it can’t be repaired, it’s okay to put a heater, but it didn’t get fixed in the end. Neither did. The cleaners were very enthusiastic. They took away the floor towels and did not put in new ones. They also took away our toilet covers.
