The environment is very good, the small coffee table on the window sill and the sofa are very comfortable.
The boss is very welcoming, friendly, and answer all questions.
Downstairs is the beach, you can go to the beach early in the morning.
Go back and you can directly reach the main gourmet restaurants in the county, which are basically within a 10-minute walk. The traffic is very convenient.
It is recommended that the friends who come to South Australia live here in the back house. Qingao is very convenient to go by car, mainly because it is much more convenient to eat and drink near the back house.

週末下午入住，見不到房東，都是微信聯繫，説是三房一廳實際就是兩房一廳而已，另一個房間就是剛進門廚房位置改的，一個1.8床的大小而已，行李都得放客廳！這就算了洗髮水瓶子是飄柔的綠瓶，另一個朋友洗了頭髮後吹半天還是油油的，甚至比沒洗的時候還油，隨後看了一下日期顯示過期一年多了！聯繫房東説衹是用瓶子裝而已，買的大桶裝的，還説別人都不會有這種情況，就我們第一次有這種情況，洗髮水都是之前客户覺得好用才買的，一般過去旅遊的誰會反應洗髮水好用這個問題，反正我是沒有碰到過！不去解決問題或者説更換還一味的推脱責任！沙發也是發黴的，海邊潮濕我理解，但是發黴的你換個套子不行嗎？看着都不想坐下去了，陽台的洗手池洗個衣服漏水漏的滿地都是，下面水管都是爛的，下水也慢的很，況且我們近四百的價格也不便宜了對於不是節假日的淡季來説，汕頭潮州玩了五天住的體驗最差的

無敵海景房。民宿在國信大廈內，一幢大廈有好幾家民宿。汕頭過來公交祥雲廣場站下，對面就是民宿；隔條馬路就是沙灘，樓下可以租電瓶車環島騎行，周邊吃的也很多，總之吃住行都方便。自主入住，見不到服務員，和老闆微信溝通，諮詢回覆快且熱情；房間總體還乾淨，但衞生間需要加強。沒有需自帶一次性拖鞋。

酒店樓下50米就是遊客中心，坐162.105出島很方便。親子房很温馨，床墊也舒服。馬路對面就是沙灘，穿着拖鞋去玩沙，回來可以洗澡，還有一個小陽台，可以曬衣服。窗户可以看見海景，還可以看到落日，聽到海浪聲很治癒。可惜晚上大家一直在放鞭炮很吵。

公寓在祥雲廣場斜對面大樓裏面，房間面積很大，就是窗户外面被樓擋着啥也看不到。出大樓就能看見海還有海灘，位置還是很不錯的。出去坐環島公交和吃飯都很方便，樓下就有出租電動車的。春節期間漲價也能理解吧。

酒店位置很好，在祥雲廣場公交進出很方便，在房間可以看到海灘，風景美麗，陽台絕對是景觀位，不論是看人看車都一目瞭然，晚上在陽台看看煙花，很愜意。周邊吃的也很多，點外賣也很方便。
酒店挺乾淨，衞生打掃得也很及時，我們出去玩了房間裏吃的垃圾都及時清理了，水和洗漱用品都添加好了。
