衹能説可能衞生很差，敏感的朋友不要入住，住了這麼多年酒店，第一次遇到這樣的情況，退房當天下午開始身上癢，一塊一塊紅疙瘩，癢死了，聯繫客服説要在酒店的時候反饋，可是在酒店還沒有這種情況呀，這個處理真的合適嗎，也不想追究了，衞生肯定不達標，也住過很多維也納，衹能説大家對衞生敏感的不建議住咯。

前台服務工作很好 但房間隔音不怎麼行 最煩的就是寫着備用棉被的袋子裏裝的是一床有明顯污跡的被子 説明酒店清潔人員處理工作不到位
