I booked during the exam. Several lights were broken. There were no disposable slippers. The slippers in the room were dirty. I don’t know the air conditioner was installed a few years ago.

房間裝修的較早，五金實木貨真價實，第一個房間密碼打不開門給我升級了雙大床的房間很寬敞，充電插孔也多，缺點是燈光暗，廚房油煙機那有油漬，門口地板磚和衞生間地磚壞掉了用透明膠粘着的看起來不乾淨，水龍頭扳手是個圓柱形不好打開，但熱水來得很快，還有就是窗台的桌子太高了，坐在那夠到桌面有點吃力

房間裝修十分不錯，可以在窗户上眺望到贛江，跟翠苑路地鐵站相隔特別近，五分鐘就可以走到，而且下樓就是天虹廣場，非常便利
服務：特別周全，我去的比較早，沒有收拾出空房間，衹是因為打掃衞生耽擱了一會就給我升級了套房
設施：很全面，洗衣機吹風機熱水器什麼的都有，連灶台都有
衞生：打掃的很乾凈，沒有一點灰塵和垃圾

國考過來住的，房東很熱情，房間衞生很好，而且床也很舒服，位置地段也很不錯，旁邊就是天虹，還有旁邊一條街全是吃的，交通也很便利，門口公交站台，400米地鐵……總體來説性價比很高！

房間有蟑螂 很老舊 垃圾的要死 客服説話*的一批 連開了十天 阿姨打掃得不乾淨 熱水器衹有熱水沒冷水！房間也吵鬧 電視也開的麻煩 還嫌棄我們住的便宜房型 那你乾脆別開民宿呀！好一個差評讓大家看看你們家的態度！
