處在都市方舟旁邊，好像還是某個醫院的對面，比較方便，就是這個橙果酒店好像就是格林縵旅酒店，同樣的前台，搞得我找了好久，幸好我當時也是看了評價才知道！酒店可以免費停車，去前台輸入你的車牌就可以。衞生情況也還行，就是元旦期間酒店漲價，人又很多！早餐很豐盛，攜程説該酒店是四星級我覺得在早餐上體現了出來。但是對酒店電視不滿意！！！電視太小了，而且WIFE信號很差，投屏都不支持，難過！

酒店在八一廣場附近（但也沒有那麼近 步行也要20-30分鐘左右）
訂了家庭房！房間很大！這點真的很滿意。一個king size➕一個queen size的床。太適合我們這種喜歡大床的家庭了。
酒店周圍都是南昌本地的各種早攤鋪子小吃店，吃早飯也很方便。 去滕王閣打車過去也很快。就是南昌霧霾有點太嚴重了。
退房時間一般中午十二點 不過和前台説一下情況大體可以延期到下午兩點。
進門的地方是個停車場 出租車一般開不進來 所以要拖着行李箱走一小段路。

酒店的所有設施和格林縵旅是共用的，可以導航到格林縵旅，門口有停車場，停車很方便。離地鐵站也很近，對面是醫院。房型有些特殊，是正方形的。環境衞生尚可。入住的2天裏，房間都沒有提供浴巾，不過打電話後就很快解決了。值得表揚的事，房間的服務人員看到我們洗了衣服，就主動送來了晾衣架。早餐還挺豐富的，有特色炒米粉，瓦罐湯等提供。

向大家隆重介紹這家毫無底線的酒店，刷新了我對外出旅遊住酒店的三觀！！！介於需要被吐槽的內容實在太多，我衹能通過宂長的流水賬形式發表我的點評。
1、這家酒店的服務宗旨就是→虛心接受、屢教不改。對待客人的態度就是拖延→敷衍→矇蔽（酒店對待介入幹預的攜程平台也是這個態度）。
2、從我10.1上午入住酒店開始，第一個24小時之內，820房間電視機機頂盒信號卡頓，頻率為10分鐘左右一次，且電視機屏幕上時不時顯示“當前無信號”的字樣。電視機不是最糟糕的，820房間的WiFi信號差到我懷疑自己置身於無信號區。通過我反覆多次電話前台、親自跑到前台反應後，酒店的相關人員包括客房服務阿姨、信號維修部門的*經理、前台*經理陸陸續續拖拖拉拉地來到820房間“解決問題”，但是，結果就是，什麼問題都沒有解決。10.1傍晚，我通過攜程平台客服介入後，也加上了前台*經理的微信，在她佯裝熱心友善的接待後，我同意了她的建議“10.2一早換一間信號好的房間”。（後面事實證明，這個女經理是最可惡的！！！）
2、事情發展到了10.2早，在約定給我們換房的時間，酒店未履行承諾，甚至連一個晾衣架也送了一個多小時沒有送到後，我終於忍無可忍地沖到前台，把820房間房卡丟給了前台。（當時他們的回覆又是一大堆推卸責任的話）
3、經過10.2白天單獨多次向攜程投訴後，終於在10.2下午3點回到酒店時，我們入住了酒店方口中“信號好”的610房間。然而事情更加精彩了，610房間的WiFi依然差到極點，就是沒有wifi和820一樣，連610房間的浴室頂端花灑龍頭也無法出水，報修後2個維修工師傅上門修理了30多分鐘後，這個問題解決了。
4、10.2晚上，酒店的*經理（男性）終於向我坦白了，針對房間WiFi失靈的問題，酒店絕對不可能解決後，是他主動提出可以讓我在酒店房費上進行打折處理。（要説明的是，在瞭解情況後，我也贊同這樣的處理方法，因為從入住到退房的4天3夜裡，都是我個人用手機流量進行的一切上網，四天中我不斷充值手機話費，原因是我除去個人使用外，還需要開手機熱點分享給父母，他們需要看亞運會比賽直播、刷小視頻、看電視劇等，所以這幾天我手機充流量的花費相當多，等於我是貼了不少錢住了一個沒有WiFi的酒店！！！）
5、在我等待*經理向酒店反饋打折房費結果的過程中，攜程平台也多次派客服人員電話聯繫我瞭解情況，並表示平台一定會督促酒店進行後續問題處理。然而一小時後，他們的前台可惡的女性*經理來610敲門，明確告知我，酒店房費無法打折，理由是我預訂時的費用已經屬於優惠價格！哈哈哈哈哈哈，多搞笑？！預訂時的優惠價格，不是貴酒店自己在攜程平台上顯示出來的嗎？！是我逼着你們給我優惠的？！笑話！現在這成了他們不為自己破爛服務負責的理由，真的是噁心至極！
6、酒店早餐廳，品種不足，飲料方面，最最基本的黑咖啡都沒有，衹有三個一的不健康速溶咖啡，呵呵呵。
7、該酒店存在安全隱患，電梯不用刷門卡就可以隨意搭乘，刷卡器裝着就是形同虛設！
總之：
入住了4天酒店，花了很多錢用來“自費上網”，堪比網吧充值……酒店的態度總結一下就是“網絡不好是因為國慶期間入住的客人太多了，我們酒店設備承載不了，我們很抱歉但是抱歉就是嘴上説的，問題就是沒辦法解決，而你作為客人衹能承受，我們是絕對不會賠付你損失的上網費用的”。 我是第一次見到這樣一個設施設備不完善、服務態度各種拖延打太極、把自己的無能和顧客的承受委屈説的如此理所當然、理直氣壯的**酒店，這大大破壞了我對南昌這座英雄城市的印象。
最後我想説，好好過個長假開開心心帶家人出來旅遊，卻被這家橙果酒店如此對待，憤怒心寒震驚都無法形容我糟糕心情！但是我相信公理正義，這家酒店的相關人員早晚會得到報應和懲罰！！！

酒店在南昌大學一附院對面，就是酒店名字好像是另外一個牌子，停車場還是很方便。十一期間前台還有小紅旗，可以自取。還是蠻貼心的。
地理位置不錯，離地鐵三號線，人民公園，很近。門口公交也很方便。
早餐還是不錯的，有糖糕（雖然不是很熱），南昌特色的瓦罐湯（雞蛋肉餅，皮蛋肉餅，烏雞湯等）很好喝。十一期間送了下午飲品和晚上夜宵券，做夜宵阿姨態度很好，夜宵有粉，麪，水餃和餛飩。
設施：大堂很大，右邊是前台辦理入住，左邊是餐廳，可以吃早餐和夜宵
十一出遊，酒店給升級了套房，不過我對有地毯的房間還是有點擔心衞生。晚上發現房間有一衹很大的蜘蛛，前台安排工人來及時處理了。所以衞生還是需要加強。
服務方面，態度還可以，但是客房服務要加強，房間缺衞生紙和抽紙，打電話前台，一晚上都沒有送，也不想為這件事再打電話，可能太忙了。

大廳服務好但是！！
酒店衞生實在是太差了！！
剛入住的時候給了間別人剛退的還沒清理的房間。後來換了個樓層，一出電梯震驚！！！地上這鋪着的白毛巾是什麼鬼？看着太嚇人了，對酒店的印象直線下降…
房間裏就更過分了！打開櫃子，還沒清理的被子且佔有紅色血跡被子，被亂塞在櫃子上層…廁所裏裝修的木板外露着…
我的入住體驗總結下來就是，這家酒店外表光線靚麗，裏面連最基本的衞生都沒做好，甚至還有些瘮人！大家三思後再決定吧

地毯有些舊了，顯得有點不乾淨，服務超級好，跟我們升級了房型，房間超級超級大，廁所乾濕分離很方便，那麼大的房間要是電視再大點就好了！一入住，前台就打電話來詢問對房間是否滿意，有什麼不適的，服務很到位！酒店的早餐也很好吃，品種很多，還有南昌特色！住的很舒服，以後有機會來會再次預訂！
