The service of the hotel is great, and the sanitation is very clean. Helped to upgrade to a larger and quieter room for free. It is very considerate to see that we have brought a child and prepared slippers for the child to take a bath. To achieve this level fully reflects how attentive the hotel's service is. 非常差！！！大家慎訂！！！一開始住七樓，九點多到房間的，一進房間就是一股味道，想着來看張傑演唱會，無所謂了。忍忍！！一點多吃夜宵回來，發現樓下的ktv非常吵，就和在頭頂蹦迪一樣！！然後聯繫前台換房，等了最少十分鐘，打了兩個電話。上來一個顫巍巍的保安，説，嗯，吵，怎麼辦呢？？？大爺，您問我怎麼辦！？？酒店是我的嗎？？然後説換房，大床換的不説了，我們標間換的，噁心至極…！！窗户打開是三台空調外機，房間沒有一次性拖鞋（前台的藉口是標間都不配一次性拖鞋，衹有大床配。）請問，住標間的是不配穿一次性拖鞋嗎！？？衣櫃的門打開。另外一邊是一面石灰牆，整個房間所有插座，衹有一個能用！！！第二天去前台反應，説插座衹有一個能用的時候，前台説不可能。我們房間都是好的。然後説，那你現在帶着你的充電器，和我去房間一個個試，她卻説不去（雖然是男生客人，但是前台的保安也是男的，不存在害怕是單獨相處的問題！）第二天找攜程客服。八點半開始讓我等，等到十點，告訴我，我們經理昨天夜班，現在在睡覺，不然你下午等她睡醒再來處理吧！！！！你們是服務人員，不是大爺！！！你們這樣的酒店，趁早倒閉吧！！！垃圾至極…！！最後攜程自己把所有錢賠了，也是對你們無語。一星都不配，你們衹配半顆星！！！

1、前一晚半夜被酒店強制刷房卡，換床單被套鬧到凌晨兩點入睡，醒來過了中午12點，本來想換酒店，碰上二月十四情人節哪哪都漲價，行李又多，強忍着續了一天房，又來了驚嚇2、被套被小孩弄臟了，要求換床單，酒店要收被套清洗費3、交涉之下，給了一床被套我們自己換。拆下舊被套，發現被子上有血跡！！！這酒店太過分了

酒店的地理位置很不錯，周圍吃的也很多，對面有萬達廣場，周圍還有龍湖天街，交通便利，視野開闊也很開闊，總的來説，非常滿意，但是作為一個四星級酒店來説，我有一點小建議（ps:浴室門裡的水槽水垢污漬有點嚴重，希望可以刷一刷，不然看着感覺有點不舒服～）總結一下，下次還會繼續選擇這個酒店的，住的挺舒適的。
