The room is not old, but unusable! It was my first time to stay in a hotel like this. The TV and WIFI in the room were broken. I called to inquire. The room attendant and the foreman were very unenthusiastic and changed the room twice. They were also problem rooms. None of the rooms with large wardrobe doors could be used normally. Yes, the customer service staff said there was nothing we could do about it, our room was just old! I'm really speechless! In the end, I had no choice but to apply for check-out. The young lady at the front desk said okay, but she didn't seem to solve the problem for you at all. Her attitude was extremely arrogant, and she never felt sorry for this matter from beginning to end! Because we were taking an elderly person out, this matter delayed us a lot of time. In the end, the front desk manager found out about this and changed the room to a more satisfactory one. However, after we checked in, the air conditioner was actually cold and could not be turned off. The elder and I were freezing! I am really speechless! There are very few types of breakfast, and the hygienic condition is also worrying. This is what the vegetables looked like when I just opened the lid, and there were hairs inside! I can't believe that a four-star hotel can do so many things that are difficult for guests to understand. It's really bad! I won’t go there again next time! So much so that I no longer want to go to Nanchang!

Compared with the 100 yuan breakfast in other hotels, the variety is definitely less, but it is worthy of the 28 breakfast price. There are rice noodles, noodles, various steamed buns, small cakes, vegetable fried rice, milk and soy milk, and Coffee, fruit, and eggs. We stayed for 6 days. We would change some steamed buns every day. We took our children to travel to different places and stay in different hotels since they were over 1 year old. We stayed at 2000 a night and 200 a night. Still... I am a relatively optimistic commenter. It is almost ten years old now. The breakfast at this hotel ends earlier than other hotels. I hope it can be improved and it can end after 10 o'clock. After all, I have seen guests with children collecting food from the dining cart for several days. It's a little weird looking for food. There were many customers who had just come in for breakfast at 9.25, but unfortunately there was nothing left. Breakfast is from 7.30 to 9.30. But for two consecutive days, I saw the waiter starting to collect the food at 9.27. It was really not a good experience to collect the food early.

Jiangxi Hotel is a hotel with a long history. Most of my family and friends come to Nanchang and I arrange to stay here. It is close to Bayi Avenue and close to Bayi Square, Jiangxi Hotel, department stores, Zhongshan Road, the Second Affiliated Hospital, etc. It is close to the iconic places of Old Nanchang. Secondly, it is convenient to travel on Metro Line 1 and 2. Thirdly, it is cost-effective and the hotel facilities and services are very good.
