Its an old hotel but OK for a few nights. In my room, 1901, either the toilet or thrle sink smelt bad. If the bathroom door was closed it was OK.
Good location for busses and metro.
Staff was helpful.
Lift was very slow.
Small shop downstairs to buy water and snacks at almost the same price outside the hotel. Very convenient

酒店地理位置很優越，地鐵站附近八一廣場近在咫尺。這次不小心訂錯了房間，還好有耐心的前台彭女士熱心告知，還幫升了房間，解決了問題👍維也納酒店住過很多家，這樣的前台小姐姐確實讓我覺得最温馨，感到了賓至如歸的心情。住了兩晚，酒店早餐熱菜兩天不重樣，尤其喜歡湯粉，超級美味！一下子吃了兩碗，必須滿分好評👍

説心裡話這是我住過維也納最臟的一家，窗台還有煙灰，衞生間太臭了，地下停車場出入不方便非常惡臟臭，前台辦入住的時候接待是所有維也納服務最不好的一次，拿身份證辦入住時説必須打開攜程她看看是否是真的説之前有客人欺騙過她們，態度不友善。

離五一廣場，IFS，步行街也就3到4分鐘騎自行車的路程，幾百米而已，電動車就更快了！下樓就有共享單車和共享電瓶車的停車點！前台小姐姐很温柔，服務態度好，保潔阿姨人也很好！環境設施都很不錯，不會很嘈雜和混亂！酒店房間整潔乾淨！隔音效果也不錯！出行去哪裡都很方便！
