前台小劉的服務親切周到，到店時因為原先預訂的房間比較緊張，很快速的給申請免費升級了9號樓的平層房間。房間雖有一丟丟緊湊，但透着一股子精緻，更何況還有大浴缸（還要啥🚲），視覺效果拉滿，這個季節如果在陽台再配個躺椅那就更完美了

第一次來南充，城市整體給我感覺很好，酒店也是，前台辦理入住服務很到位很有在這酒店上班的優越感，特別特別誇獎西餐廳的服務很棒，到的晚誤了中午飯，在西餐廳點了一碗麪一碗粉，因為粉有點辣，媽媽吃不了想着再換一碗，沒想到給我們重新煮了一碗清湯粉，很感謝，也感謝帶我們看房得美女，房間能看到江，還有陽台，這是我們喜歡的，酒店就能買到夜遊嘉陵江的票，樓下就可以登船，很方便，酒店大門對面就是1227很方便，一切都很好，但就是走的時候，我把車開酒店門口裝行李，第一門口保安不會主動幫忙，還是我叫才幫忙把行李放到車邊，並不幫忙把行李放上車。第二就是我退房的時候有幾個男的，看見我把車開到門口後就從大堂出來，我因為要去前台問問退按金的事，從前台出到門口就看見有個男的站在我車的主架位後面的車門，突然我就警惕了，因為我和媽媽兩個人，一個50多，一個80多，兩個女的我不得不警惕，其中有個穿紅衣服的站在我的車尾，我很警惕的看着他們，看見我出來後，他們馬上離開了，可酒店的保安卻站在很遠的地方，這個讓我給酒店減分，安全上我覺得酒店這方面欠缺了！
其他都還可以，早餐，房間都是不錯的！

這家酒店因為位置方便，很多年前我工作的罐頭廠宿舍就在酒店馬路對面，二十多年間江對岸的高坪區曾經全是農田，如今都變成了高樓大廈；江對岸的都京鎮絲二廠，聞名川內外，絲妹的風采至今難忘。聽酒店工作人員介紹，酒店江邊正在修綠道，綠道建成後可以直接連通整個順慶，以後還會有馬拉松比賽。酒店房間乾淨舒適，工作人員熱情有禮貌，前台一名姓朱的小夥子很有耐心的幫助我尋找老南充的記憶，為我規劃了都京鎮的遊覽路線行程，以及周邊美食推薦，很不錯！

這次出差行程匆匆，剛好路過我的家鄉南充，在網上下單了離我最近的一家酒店。開業時間比較久了，前台培訓有素，服務很好快速辦理入住手續。房間雖然很緊湊，但設施設備俱全，乾淨衞生。之前住的酒店全是封閉式的窗户，無法大開，原本對這個酒店抱的希望不大，畢竟是隨意訂的；當我走向陽台打開落地推拉門的那刻，瞬間感受到南充母親河 ：嘉陵江！即使降温的目前我也覺得江風柔柔，仔細看看多年未見的家鄉變化，真的很不錯！！這家酒店強烈推薦！！
